Very happy with my nails and love their points program. I got another 5 dollar off coupon yesterday.

The receptionist is so sweet & explains everything from the get go. Their Signature pedi is amazing, I’m very picky with my pedicures & this was my first time trying this place & I was not disappointed. This will be my go-​to place from now on! :)

This place is much improved. Doesn’t smell like chemicals anymore, and I was able to dry my nails under UV light. Good service too. Only downside is no AC. It’s REALLY hot in there. I would go in for a polish change, but I’d be really uncomfortable getting a full service there – it’s just too hot.

Have been a client here since they opened. Lynn is who I book appointments with because she is amazing!!! This is the best nail salon around. Clean, respectful, fun. After a visit here you will feel relaxed and ready for a night out!!!

Honestly I’m really disappointed because I looked up nail salons in Brea and this place came up with 5 stars.
1ST OFF: on a Friday I understand that the prices are higher but I went in to have a gel fill and a pedicure with no callus removal and a gel take off my toes. That total cost me 65 bucks plus I tipped to be nice but I could’ve gone to the hood and had a better job done for probably 30 or 40 bucks.
2ND: The lady who did my toes did not clean them right because of the fact that the side of my rush big toe is now completely swollen and filling up with liquid and I went to the doctors which they told me i had an ingrown toe nail. I’m pretty sure when at a nail salon they are suppose take that out and clean them properly but all she did was file my toe nails crookedly, took the dead skin off of both my big toes but not the other ones, she cut me three different times, but I guess the best part was the lavender scrub on my legs that was it. Honestly one of the worst pedicures ever.
3RDLY: the lady that did my full was nice and all but my acrylic nails were really long and she asked if I wanted them filed down and said yes. She drilled them down which made them look funny and when she filed them to make them the coffin shape I had before she completely messed them up. She filed them very crookedly and I basically had to refile them myself in order to have them at least look halfway decent. Ontop of that when she used the different drills for my nails the pressure was a little rough since she cut me a couple times in my skin.

Sandy is AMAZING!!! Although this nail spa is pricey I love the customer service and the organization at the front desk. My first BIG reason too why I choose to continue to go back to this nail spa, other than the amazing work of Sandy, was that everyone wears gloves. I work in the hospital and cannot stand going to nail spas and seeing unsanitary hands, tools, and work area. It grosses me out and not what I’m paying for. The other great part about going to this spa is that unlike other places the ladies are not always on their phone, talking to other employees, or rude to their clients– so this place is a 5 star in cleanness, management, & customer service.

I went in for my first time today and loved it. I called this afternoon, hoping to get in after work, and they took me at 6:10 even though they close at 7pm. I had Natalie. She did a full set for me with gel polish. They look great and she had them done in less than an hour. She asked if I liked them throughout the entire process to make sure that I was happy. I will be going back again for sure.

This is my go-​to nail place. I love that it’s super clean and has a great atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for more than a year, and have never had a bad experience. I always get a gel manicure and a Cosmo pedicure and am always pleased. I think the prices are comparable to other nail salons, yet the ambiance here is way better. And they have a rewards program which I love, especially since it’s tied to your phone number, so it’s super simple! I love the music videos they play and they also offer water or tea while you get your service. And there is a private room if you want to treat yourself/​friends for a special occasion. I always recommend Cosmo to my friends and family!

Love this salon for so many reasons! They are clean, friendly, & do great nails! The price is decent & they have lots of gel colors to choose from. I wear acrylics & must say all their technicians are experienced & amazing. I love getting pedicures here too because they let you choose your scent in scrubs & lotions. I will not go anywhere else!

Been here a couple times. always great customer service with quality to match! $ 32 for a basic Spa Manicure and Pedicure with OPI nail polish selection. They are up to date on their color choices as well as their atmosphere. Very clean and professional, will for sure be back!

This place is CLEAN. They use New tools for each customer and they keep them sterilized. The girls are nice and so is the ambiance. Their playlist is so 2000’s… love it!

I have been to more nail salons that I can count and I can genuinely say that Cosmo is my favorite of all time. I have been coming here for almost a year and I will not go anywhere else. The service is always amazing & I’m always pleased. They offer you a drink & play great music! It is always clean & the décor is adorable! Such a great place & environment! I moved to studio city a few months ago and STILL drive down just for my nails. It’s that worth it! Hands down best nail salon –better than anywhere I’ve gone in Newport Beach or all over LA. I highly recommend this place if you want to be happy with your service! :)

Jennifer is really rude. She doesn’t bother to take time on making sure the nails look well. She also cut me and tried blaming my skin for it. If you cut someone with a bit drill you should apologize.

I just got my nails done for the first time in here today. I LOVE them! So happy with how Jennifer did my nails. I chose to get acrylics (first time in over 7 years) and a gel top coat. I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and she happily agreed. So sweet and professional!

Nice. Clean. Reasonable. Pretty ambiance and amazing service. Worth every dollar to get pampered and beautified. Karen always gives me the best gel manicure I’ve ever had and I’m VERY picky with my nails. Others have filed them so hard they have bled. With her my nails have grown to beautiful even lengths and my manicure is beautiful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I make and appointment and they give me a courtesy call the day before to confirm. But it’s more like to remind me not to forget. Most definitely one of my happy places!!!

I’m sad I have to leave this review because the 3 times I got my nails done here it has been FIVE STARS. The 5 stars for nails combined with the negative stars for the lip wax job makes for 2 stars.
My review is for a lip wax job. I took pictures intending to post them, but I’m too embarrassed to post them now. If I could give NEGATIVE stars for the wax job I would. Typically after I get my lip waxed, the entire area is slightly red for 10 – 30 minutes and goes away… NOT THIS TIME. After she waxed my lip she put the cooling gel (or whatever it is) on my lip and it burned like hell. I still didn’t think much of it till I got to work and my boss literally asked me «What is wrong with your face?»
I looked in the mirror and my skin had been ripped off in a huge chunk on the right side — like my skin was RAW, and on the left it was ripped off in tiger stripes for some reason. It was SO RED and almost bleeding. The thing that makes me more upset was that I went here because I was in a rush instead of going to my normal threading lady and I was doing this for my vacation. So for my whole vacation I looked like I had gotten in a fight with a cat, after it healed a little bit I looked like a burn victim, and after that I looked like I was born with a really big brown birthmark on my face. My vacation was still awesome, I just look like an idiot in all my close up pictures.
Not only was this a horrible job, the front desk girl said to come back in a few hours if it was still bad, but I worked past their closing time that night and left for vacation the next day. I’m disappointed that they didn’t even try to make it right initially because you could tell this wasn’t the normal redness.
Yes, they charge higher prices because rent is high in this shopping plaza, but wow… I will try to stop anyone and everyone who tries to get a wax from here. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SKIN RIPPED OFF AND SCABS ON YOUR FACE.

Dim lighting, not just ambiance, poor customer service, slow & not friendly at all! Prices were too high for the lack of customer service & I will not go back!

I love coming here because they do such good work! By far the cleanest nail salon I’ve been too. I’m
extremely picky about sanitation but i feel completely at ease here. Their pedicure chairs are pipeless jets and they never reuse anything twice. The tools are sterilized and kept in new pouches for each client. The staff including the gal up front are really nice and pricing is fair for what you get. My gels last for weeks and they have so many colors! Also serve complimentary drinks! I was hesitant to try them at first because I was scared of trying a new place but so glad i did. I would recommend this place to anyone. I did not find them on Unilocal because I feel especially with nail salons there are always mix reviews so you just have to experience it for yourself. That’s why i feel they deserve 5 stars! Oh and they have a free rewards program too! Sweet!

The first time I got my nails done at this salon was for my wedding. I was a little apprehensive about trying a new place for the big day, but it actually turned out to be the best mani/​pedi I’d ever gotten! My bridesmaids and I were all impressed with the quality of service. It’s my new go to place now and my bridesmaids have all been back too! I’m not sure if it’s the type of product they use or maybe the extra care they put in to the manicures, but I’ve never had a gel manicure last me so long. My wedding manicure actually lasted for a month! The quality of service has been very consistent each time I’ve been back, and I’ve yet to have had the same nail technician twice. Some of the things I like about this place that sets it apart from other nail salons:
— Variety of services: I love that they have different levels of mani/​pedis at different price points. If you’re looking for something quick or are on a budget, they have an express mani/​pedi and then they have two to three other levels depending on how much you feel like pampering yourself. They also have different fragrances for their scrubs and lotions that you get to choose from. The usual pink lotion that most other salons use always makes me break out in hives, but theirs doesn’t!
— Atmosphere: this place has such a great vibe. It’s not the typical nail salon with tacky colored walls and the «knock you dead» with acetone smell. It’s very hip and chic, extremely clean and there’s little to no nail product smell. They even offer you beverages while you sit back and relax and watch fun music videos on the tv screen.
— Rewards program: I think it’s really nice when places offer discounts or incentives for being repeat customers.
From the experiences I’ve had so far, I’d say I would be very surprised to find anyone disappointed at this nail salon!

Id say 4 and a half stars. Service was great, I love how the receptionist fills out a little card with exactly what you want, and if you have any questions she’s more than willing to answer them! I got a pedicure and a full set. I don’t remember which pedicure I did, but I love how you pick out the smell of your scrub and lotion! Pedicure was awesome! So relaxing and just what I needed! My full set turned out perfect! Just like the picture I showed her (Natalie)
I suppose the only downside is the price. It’s a tad pricey. It was $ 83 for acrylics with gel and a design & whatever pedicure I got, and that’s not including the tip.
But, the price won’t keep me away! The quality and service makes up for the over charge. I’ll definitely be back!
