We found Create-​A-​Party 2 years ago and have used them for our last 2 Christmas Parties.
Their team worked with our schedule. We were unsure of the area where we had space for the tent and wanted to make sure it would fit and meet their tent requirements. They sent out a driver two weeks earlier to check it out. He made a suggestion to add their turf rental so the ground would be more uniform and it really brought the space together. Last minute I added linens and they were able to accommodate our needs.

On time and equipment was up and running… great company.

I needed tables, chairs, and lamps for my backyard wedding reception. A family friend suggested this company cause she has used them in the past. I went on their website, picked out what I wanted, called in the order. So easy to work with this company! I even had an addition to my order after it was placed, I handled it via email, and everything turned out perfect.
They came and set up everything — 11 tables, 80 chairs, 5 lamps — the day before the party. I paid less than $ 30 for set up. They came two days after the party to take it all away — we had to take it all down and put it on the side of the house but it was no big deal.
Their stuff is nice, clean, and sturdy. The price I paid for all that I rented was honestly about half of what I thought I would have to pay! It was under $ 500, I was shocked! Just so you know, I used my own linens, those aren’t theirs in the pictures. But they do have linens and I am sure they are awesome!
If I ever have another large party I will definitely use them, and I will be recommending them to anybody who needs party rentals!

Great stuff and friendly staff! Definitely check this place out if you are looking for some great vintage/​rustic/​classic rentals. They are very organized and responsive which is what you need to plan a perfect event! Our wedding looked GORGEOUS thanks to Create-​A-​Party Rentals!

I recently had a Red-​Carpet event the red carpet I ordered from another place arrived but was so flimsy and could easily tear. I googled many places and I just had a hard time finding a place that would rent last minute or even carry a red carpet runner. Until I found this place… Customer service is excellent, if I had any questions or concerns it was met with the upmost professionalism and understanding. This company is going on my go-​to event party planning business contacts.

We in Cal State Fullerton’s department of University Events LOVE working with Create-​A-​Party. They provide fantastic service at a fair price — on-​time and professional. The product offerings get better and better each year… you really do need to check out their new items if you haven’t recently. And they offer loads of great suggestions for set-​up and décor.
We use them for intimate gatherings of 20, galas for 200 and huge events with thousands of guests in multiple locations on campus. They’re wonderful event planning partners and they work incredibly well with all of our other vendors. We couldn’t ask for more!

Excellent service! I recently got married and was having my ceremony and reception at The Fullerton Arboretum. They are the main vendor to use to rent all tabled, linens, chairs, lighting etc. & I was blown away with their service.
First off, I was getting married in July but did my first quote with them months before. So of course as the wedding came closer, my ideas changed. We went in the week before my wedding and pretty much changed the original quote, which took some time. Jeffery helped us that day and was extremely patient and helpful. We were expecting that day to be extremely hot, so we started ordering last minute umbrellas and he gave us great ideas where’s the best to put them and so forth. I changed my table linen from half to full (which I am so happy I did), I highly suggest that.
Now to day of my wedding. I had heard reports it was going to rain, but of course didn’t think it was actually going to happen. It was a weekend in the middle of July in CA, no way was it going to rain. Well, it did. Not only did it rain there were thunder storms. So since my ceremony & reception were all outside I started to freak. And if any of you been to the arboretum you know why I wanted to have everything outdoors, it’s beautiful! My maid of honor called Create a party first thing that morning. Barbra was still at home when we called, but was more than willing to help us when my sister called. Of course she suggested we move it to the pavilion (which I did not want), because it was a covered area. We asked if we could use a tent & for about $ 2500 we could use one. That point I said no, let’s just wing it and hope it doesn’t rain. Come to find out we had to have a tent because create a party didn’t want all their equipment to get messed up with the rain. But we would also be taking a lot off our original quote because we wouldn’t be able to use it under the tent. Barbra was very accommodating and patient with us the whole time.
I ended up getting married in the rain under the arbor and it was beautiful! We moved out all the chairs and the guest stood as we did the ceremony. Luckily everyone brought umbrellas! For the reception we used the tent and it was beautiful. I couldn’t believe how nice it looked. My guests had a great time & I just went with the flow.
Create a party did an excellent job and everyone keeps complementing how beautiful the tent was. That makes me very happy because of course I did not want that tent, but it was beautiful.

Used them for the first time this last weekend and loved it. Pricing for the tables was comparable to a local small independent party supply/​rental store we used in the past. I started planning the event late and they were able to accommodate my needs with short notice. They were earlier than expected and didn’t rush us when they came to pick up the items.
I have used larger rental companies such as classic and smaller independents, but definitely had the most professional experience with create a party.

We recently rented a large canopy for an event and the entire process from rental, to setup, to take down went extremely well. The Create-​A-​Party team arrived on time, set up quickly, and were on time to take down and remove the canopy. We were very impressed with the quality and professional look of the canopy that was provided.

Our company, Simon Says Design, has been using Create-​A-​Party for years and we continue to be amazed by their great service. Working with Amanda on selecting our rentals is always a pleasure. She’s friendly, helpful and flexible. The other staff is incredible as well. Always prompt with their deliveries and pickups. Even when using will-​call, the gentlemen are quick and efficient in loading our truck. Create-​A-​Party will always be our first choice for our client’s weddings and events.

First time hiring this company and it went without a hitch. They showed up, set up the tables and chairs on the morning of our event and would be back on Monday to pick everything up. The only thing we had to do was to put the linens on the tables. Great service and would hire them again!

This past weekend we rented from Create-​A-​Party fruitwood chairs, a sweet heart table, tablecloths, napkins, plates, glasses, and silverware for our son’s wedding reception (200 guests). We are from out-​of-​state and did all the ordering via email and phone. Amanda was very knowledgable, extremely helpful, and efficient in responding to my emails. All of the rental items arrived in excellent condition. The delivery/​pick-​up arrived during the time frame that was agreed on. The men who delivered the items were professional. I got quotes from 2 other rental companies in the area. Create-​A-​Party was the most reasonable with no extra add-​on charges. Also the easiest to work with. I would definitely rent from them again.

I used Create-​A-​Party to rent a table and chairs for a Friendsgiving dinner my husband and I recently hosted. It was a last-​minute decision to host the party since my husband offered the house but Create-​A-​Party was able to provide everything that I needed. To be honest, I was afraid that they wouldn’t rent their equipment to me because I was hosting such a small intimate party (of 7) but they were able to accommodate what I needed!
I locked in my reservation 2 weeks prior to the party and rented an 8′ banquet table with black table linens, black linen napkins, gold chiavari chairs, gold chargers, white dinner plates, and a gold set of utensils. My table looked absolutely stunning! And the price was affordable!
I am definitely going to be using this vendor again for a Christmas dinner we are hosting (this time for family).

We used Create A Party to rent chiavari chairs and some other items for our wedding at the Brea Community Center in October. The ladies here are very easy to work with! They respond to emails very quickly and are very knowledgable about their products (of which they have a very large selection). I would definitely use them again if I need any more rentals for parties or events in the future!

It’s stressful when you plan a party for 70 people. Some things don’t turn out exactly right.
When I use Create-​A-​Party, I know I don’t have to worry about the rentals! They make the rental process SO EASY! You order what you want and they deliver it to you!

We rented some chairs and tables for my son’s birthday party from here, based on a referral from a friend. Our experience was wonderful. The staff was great from the beginning.
I received an email confirmation right away. The prices are really affordable and I like that they post them on the website so you know exactly what you will get charged. Our party was on a Saturday and they said we could pick up on Friday and return Monday, but when my husband went to see if the items would fit in our car on Wednesday, they let him take it then because there weren’t being used at the time. They even help you load your car.
Hubs was really impressed with this vendor and even said so, which speaks volume about this place since I never hear him rave about any of our past vendors.
We would definitely use them again. Ordering was simple, pickup a breeze, efficient and friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
