I have been with State Farm since I was 16 and that’s now been 30 years. My agent retired and Diane picked up my account and I must say Diane, David and the rest of her employees are very professional, call you back when they say they will, process your claim much quicker then expected and even contacted the body shop to make it much easier then if they didn’t make the call. They referred me to Canyon Auto Body and I’m so glad they did because I along with my friends couldn’t believe what a great job they did and never had to go back to the body shop because the job was done right the first time. I call in my payment every moth and they make it very quick and easy and that is much appreciated. Sandra who answers the phone most of the time is very helpful and always asking if there is anything else she can do for you even if its to get someone to call you back. This State Farm is just plain simple which will make your experience very easy as this Is my first review as I wanted to wait after being with them now for a few years. You will be very happy at this state farm as its right by target and you don’t have to go out of your way to make a payment or get a simple question asked. I would ask you to visit their office upstairs as its really nice and not a boring place either. Go get a few free pens and go see how they will make your life easier at a great price.
