Doug Troxel – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been insured here since I started driving and have never had a problem! I always see Ashely when I go in and she is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone else in the office is friendly too! No complaints here!

I have been going here for years and could not be happier with the staff. They have assisted me in all insurance questions and I do not feel forced, I feel educated which is a nice change.
The great thing about this place is that you don’t feel like a number as much as a part of the family. I could not be happier when I walk in and everyone is so happy. It is like they love where they work and the people they work with.
I will say Ashley answers all my questions and never gives me a hard time when I talk her ear off. She is always educated and responsive on top of everything else she is sweet.
I would not go anywhere else and can not wait to continue to go here.

This office is absolutely full of positive energy! I come in to pay my insurance each month just so I can see the girls. I’ve been insured at Doug’s office since 2011 and have never had a problem or issue with solicitation and my agents have never been pushy to sell me more than I need!

I highly recomend Doug Troxel office at Brea because after 10 years as customer I never had any bad experience with them, They handle my Auto insurance, my Liability Insurance for my business and my home insurance.
