F.I.T. By Rob specializes in both personal training and small group fitness classes. Whether you are training one on one with our fitness professionals or working out alongside your fellow F.I.T. members, your program will be tailored to match your fitness goals. Each member receives customized routine with progressive programming to that changes as your fitness levels improve.

Our qualified fitness professionals create an exciting, positive atmosphere. Your team of trainers hold nationally accredited certifications including NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Performance Enhancement, Weight Loss, and MMA Conditioning, as well as TRX Suspension Trainers, Triggerpoint Therapy, and CrossFit CF-​L1 Trainers.

F.I.T. is an acronym for Full Intensity Training, which is a perfect example of the culture F.I.T. By Rob has started. Our founder had a knack for motivating individuals of any fitness level to train at their full intensity, which varies person by person, day by day. In 2004, Rob started his career as a fitness professional, quickly falling in love with his profession. Over the years, he has worked with special populations, professional athletes, obese individuals, post rehab clients, and many others, building a reputation as the «go-​to» trainer who tracks and delivers real, long-​term results.

After growing from a personal trainer to upper management positions within the fitness industry, Rob learned there is one giant flaw in most corporate gyms; programming guidance. Becoming a gym member is a smart and fantastic step in the right direction. The next step, and most important, is maximizing what you do at the gym. This is where most members get shorted and why we are here.

Rob is a well-​versed fitness professional with about twelve years of experience in individual training, group fitness classes, corrective exercise programming, and sport-​specific performance training. He has a niche for finding solutions to complex fitness problems, coming up with creative ways to motivate his clients and bulldoze through fitness roadblocks. Rob’s love for helping people and working in a positive, energetic environment drove his career and has changed the lives of many individuals.

His peers recognize Rob as a man who brings knowledge and a positive attitude everywhere he goes. Rob has worked with a wide range of individuals, including post rehab, collegiate and professional athletes, obese and overweight clients, youth and geriatrics, fitness models, and more. Each of these people have experienced strength gains, significant fat loss, performance improvements, and positive physique changes. You are in great hands with Rob and his team of professionals.
