Chris and his team had a very challenging schedule to clean multiple drive-​thrus and install thermoplastic signage on various surfaces. This was untested by everyone on the project and they performed excellently and even took responsibility when the product itself had it’s own limitations. I would work with them again!

Unilocal has come through again! These guys are great! Our tile roof was an eye sore and had bothered us since we moved in but cleaning it never made the top of our priority list. We had a roofing company inspect the roof thinking we needed a new one, but we’re told it was in great shape just dirty. They repaired a couple tiles and delivered a surprise at the end. Our roof was once painted so the paint is chipping. Never knew paining a roof was even possible. They warned that if we power washed it the pain would come off and make the roof look even worse.
The following day Taylor arrived and I explained my concern over the paint. He reassured me that he has dealt with these type of roofs in the past and was confident that he could clean it without damaging the paint, but he would test his technique asap and make sure I was satisfied.
He got straight to work and a few minutes later he sent me a picture of the results and wow were they great! I never thought our roof could look that good!
Taylor and his co-​worker were polite, professional and friendly. They dealt with issues like City coming by to check out the work and PD popping in to check on one of the crew members car, with a smile on his face. About 8 hours later the roof was done and they got to work power washing all the exterior including windows.
I tend to write reviews only when I’m really blown away by the services and this was definitely the case with KC Power Clean.

KC Power Clean is very responsive to the immediate needs of the association to remove graffiti. Additionally, he conducts monthly inspections for graffiti that we may have missed on our own site tours. I highly recommend KC Power Clean.

They cleaned our house, the gutters and about 36 Windows inside and out. Also cleaned the algae off the patio. They did miss a couple of algae spots on the house behind some plants (I cleaned with bleach later) but we should have done a post job walk. overall still five stars. They do estimates off of google earth, so quick pricing.

The walls in our space were covered in graffiti before KC Power Clean got to them. The transformation is spectacular and we could not have done it without Kris and his crew.

Excellent service. Professional. Guys that came over removed old carpet that was installed in the backyard of a new house we purchased (have no idea why) KC Power came and power washed it off. KC Power clean did a great job cleaning out my gutters. With the all this potential rain we keep hearing about we were nervous our gutters would back up and cause problems with the house. Kris and his team got us scheduled right away and came out and got the job done. We did have a little issue with our HOA during his visit but Kris stepped up and handled it well. Sometimes it not always about what happens when things go right but how someone can handle a situation when there is an issue. Kris handled the situation with our HOA with the utmost professionalism which is why I am writing this review and why I will continue to recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Amazing customer service. My initial call was really to get the gutters cleaned but when I saw they also cleaned Windows, I added the service. Worked with Kris and Casey to coordinate the services (both personable and awesome) and they were able to accommodate a request to have our windows & gutters cleaned before thanksgiving.
Leo and Taylor were prompt, professional and super easy to work with. They explained the process and offered suggestions on how to prevent the needles from a neighbors tree from blocking the gutters.
Now let me tell you my OCD doesn’t extend to cleaning windows so I didn’t realize how dirty they were until after they had been cleaned.
An FYI (in case you are skeptical like me) I know my husband hates streaks & water spots, when they were done cleaning there were still visible water drops on the Windows. They explained they would dry spot free because of the ionized water. I was skeptical but trusted them to make it right if they didn’t and they dries spot free and beautiful. Even my mom & grandma commented on how great the Windows looked.
I am extremely pleased with the great service & will continue to call on them as the need arises.

We moved into our house about three months ago. Our house is 50 years old, and by the looks of things outside, it hadn’t been cleaned in at least 20 years. We have a white patio cover that wraps around the entire house, from front to back. It was disgusting. Covered in dirt, dust, years of old cobwebs, new spider webs. Just nasty.
Our patio and stucco were also not very pretty, lots of dirt, long dog hair that was stuck to all of the walls and brick walls/​columns. We tried to clean it but it was clear that this task was beyond our capabilities. So, I contacted KC Power Clean. They requested pictures of my house to give a quote, which I sent. Their quote was reasonable to me, so I hired them. I was told it could take anywhere from half a day to a full day.
Jared showed up at 8:30 on the dot and got right to work. It took him four hours to clean the entire exterior of my two story home, including the whole patio cover and all the windows. He did an AMAZING job. My patio cover is no longer scary and my house looks brand new!
I highly recommend this company if you need the exterior of your home cleaned.
