Megan Allen Pilates

Megan is an excellent Pilates instructor. I couldn’t be happier with her service, knowledge and expertise.
She is warm, friendly, reliable and is highly motivational due to her enthusiasm and love of the practice itself, her care and concern about people in general, and her all-​around personable, optimistic demeanor and sociable personality.
Megan cares about your progress, tailors your sessions to meet your individual needs (and goals) and in my case has worked consistently (and patiently) with me to help me master the fundamentals in my personal practice (I was an absolute beginner when I started). She also is conscientious and it’s evident she’s committed to my safety at all times.
In a fairly short period of time, I’ve developed a strong base (physically), lots of knowledge, and I’m continuing to increase my skills, strength, flexibility as time goes on. My results have been consistent, and measurable.
Again, I’ve been very pleased with Megan’s service and my results. If you’re leaning toward trying this discipline (or if you’re an expert and want individualized attention at a local studio that has everything you need), consider Megan! I’m sure she can get you the results you’re looking for, and then some. :) Plus, she’s a great conversationalist, so time flies!
Note: She (and Pure Grace Pilates) has several different packages/​classes available, (1:1, 2:1 and even a couple group class offerings each week). This particular studio (and the service) has a small, intimate feel and has all the benefits that come from a smaller, highly individualized setting, including a high-​level of personal attention.
My advice is to go for it! :)
