Cute clothes and great deals!!!
My only issue is every time I go here none of the girls ever say hello or ask if you need help. Also my most recent visit a girl at the register looked like she did NOT want to be working AND had an attitude, never said a word during the whole transaction.

Very happy with the customer service I received from Gloria and her supervisor. I think the supervisor’s name was Veronica.

Overall the prices are good and the store is clean. Liz helped us find a gift and she was very helpful and patient!
Great store

I’ve been coming here since literally the store has been opened. I went into the store to do a return and this tall, skinny, blonde girl was so damn rude! She had this nasty smirk and omg i was so irritated. it seemed like she was laughing at me. Ugh im never going back! I’d give this place a –5 if i could. unfortunately i can’t!

There this one worker that was really rude and bitchy. So my friend was hanging the cloths she picked to see if she want them or not, then there this ass hole worker came up to us and yank the cloths that my friend was deciding on. She even asked,“Is this yours?” And my friend is sweet as an angel said,“oh I was debating, but I don’t think I want it anymore.” Then that jackass said,“Well next time give them back to us than leaving it all here.” And she dares to roll her eyes at us. RUDE!!! She is paid to clean and organize the store this is why it’s called retail? So do her job right -.-

I went in there and came across this skirt that I was really interested in. I ended up trying on a medium, but the size was too big. I browsed a little bit more to see if I could find anything else and I came across the skirt I really wanted on a mannequin and in the size I needed. I then asked a worker if there was any chance she could swap out the sizes. To my surprise her response was «No, the skirt was just put on their and we are not allowed to swap it since no other size fits.» She didn’t even bother to ask if there was a possibility that she could do so, she shot me down real quick. As a potential paying customer I don’t understand why they couldn’t just swap the item and allow me to purchase it. Poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this store.

Where do I begin? Aside from the horrible customer service, this place is full of unprofessional employees. At least one worker I encountered was helpful and she was the youngest. Aren’t the most experienced supposed to be the most helpful? *buzzer noise* wrong. Some of these girls need to smile more or just smile in general because they don’t.
I noticed two girls talking and pretending to be «fixing» a rack of clothing. BULLSHIT!
This place is also very selective in their hiring department.
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. At least at this location.
Not to mention the clothes is poor quality and I thought forever 21 was bad.

The staff at this Papaya isn’t very good. I walked in and two females at the front of the store were chatting. Once they noticed people walking inside the store they quickly stopped chatting and started to «look busy», not to mention they didn’t even greet anyone who walked in.
I walked around the store for about 20 minutes and at least 2 other associates walked pass me with no interaction. The older (25 or 26 year old) girl who works in the fitting room is always fixing the sale racks each time I come in, but she never says a word to help out.
The prices are usually great when they have sales, but otherwise the quality of the clothes is not the best. Also, don’t try to return anything here because their not good with returns, make sure you read the receipt.

This is a pretty big Papaya clothing store. I bought a leather jacket on sale for $ 20. They have black, red, camel, brown, and lots of sizes. No boots in my size ;(the cashier was super rude. Her name was Corina haha. Beware!

I gave this shop a 3 star rating because I’m not about ruining businesses. This review is about letting them know that their service needs to improve. I’m definitely disappointed with their customer service /​return policy. The young lady that i went to to return an item, was stubborn and not very welcoming. She may had a bad day, but that’s not my concern. Shape up Papaya or you loss will be more than just one customer…
