Radiant Property Group is a team of brokers (Thomas Higgins and Jonathan Pearson) from the TNG Real Estate Consultants office in Orange County, California. History

Established in 2009.

Radiant Property Group was formed in 2009 when Thomas Higgins and Jonathan Pearson decided to join forces to create a team focused on impeccable service to our clients.

Thomas is a licensed broker who has been a Realtor since 2004. A Biola graduate in Intercultural Studies, Thomas went on to teach at Mt. San Antonio College for six years before entering the real estate profession. He now enjoys educating his clients on current market conditions and providing invaluable insight to each transaction. Thomas brings experience and a solid understanding of the ever-​changing real estate market.

Jonathan is a licensed broker and Realtor who holds a B.S. in Business Management, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. He has been with TNG Real Estate Consultants as a broker-​associate for 6 years. Jonathan’s approach is characterized by enthusiasm, dependability and desire to provide excellent service to each of his clients.
