This is our family dentist. I’ve been going here ever since I was a little girl (I’m now 18) and I have perfectly healthy teeth. I’ve also never hated going to the dentist, haha!

When you enter the building you immediately receive a warm greeting from Natalie from the front office, who’s extremely nice and check-​in is a breeze. They offer beverages in the waiting room, a variety of magazines and tv to watch what you like, but I like to catch up with Natalie. If you’re worried about wait time, I’ve never had a problem here!
Esther, the dental assistant, is the most cheerful human being I have ever met and she’s been cleaning my teeth for 10+ years, so she knows what she’s doing! She’s quick, yet extremely thorough and time absolutely flies! She’s such a great person to be around and she has 100% of my trust.
Dr. Shew is the best dentist around, I don’t even know where to begin. Most of the people I know, who like going to the dentist, go to Dr. Shew and that’s just fact. He does amazing work on my teeth and really focuses on any concerns you may have. Even during my brace stage, he communicated with my orthodontist to make sure that everything he saw, they saw as well. I recommend him to absolutely anyone.
I’ve heard some stories about how some dentists don’t pay attention to their patient (ex. saliva or dry lips) but I don’t ever have to worry about that. I just had to mention it because I know some people get really irritated about things like that. Also, they are constantly updating their space with the best tools and equipment making the entire process very smooth and efficient.
These people are warm, comforting and put a lot of work and care into making it a wonderful and positive experience. I’m sorry this review is long by the way, but I really appreciate what they’ve done for my family and I, all these years. They deserve a good word, it’s been long overdue!

With a warm welcome, Dr. Shew & his friendly staff makes going to the dentist a definite pleasure. He has taken care of my dental needs for years without any problems or pain. He explains what treatments are needed and detailed in preventative care.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shew 100%.

I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore! I have been Dr. Shew’s patient for 20 years. I love going to see Dr. Shew and his super friendly staff! Jamie & Esther always greet us like we are family. My husband became a patient too after encouraging him to switch dentists. When my husband had a dental emergency while on vacation, Dr. Shew was able to be reached and took care of my husband as soon as we returned home. Dr. Shew has done new crowns and several fillings on both of us. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS PAIN FREE!!! If you are too afraid to see the dentist, don’t be. Call Dr. Shew and you will be in very good hands!

Lets face it; who likes the dentist? Its a struggle to actually find a dentist that fits your needs and doesn’t scare you! I found Scott after having a family dentist throughout my childhood, then trying a «newer» dentist that used fancy new technologies. That dentist hit a nerve while drilling and I never returned. Well, I found a dentist that is great!
Scott’s office is clean, the staff is SUPER friendly and they are extremely patient. I referred my wife, mom and mother in law. Everyone I refer loves them. Their technology is up to date which is important to me. This office is not all about business– they focus on communication while you are there and are personable. They remember your job, your life and talk to you about it, I like it.

He and his staff are super friendly, and always punctual. They are great with adults, but not the most patient with scared children. Children would be better off with a pediatric dentist.
