The best car repair shop I’ve ever been to. I needed to replace the passenger side mirror of my Mercedes E350. I called a dealer-​House of Imports-​first but no technician was available to take my call. Then I searched on Unilocal and found Sharper Image. David checked my car out and had the parts shipped overnight. I could have the replacement done on the very next day in less than 20 mins at a very reasonable price!

This is the only place you should take your car for collision repair. The repair on my Mercedes was done early and it looks like new. The quality was fantastic and I couldn’t even tell it had been repaired. My car was returned much cleaner than before the accident and the attention to detail was unbelievable. David made the whole experience trouble free and very easy to do business with. He even arraigned for my rental car to be waiting for me when dropping off. It just doesn’t get better than this place.

I chose to use Sharper Image to repair my van after an accident because of their high ratings. David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The team was very friendly and made my van look brand new again. They did all the repairs in a timely manner and kept in contact with me while they worked on it. We went here to repair front end damage just before Christmas. Even though it was holiday season the staff quickly worked on the car and kept us posted on progress with insurance and need for parts. They did a great job on the repaira. A few months later we had to return for radiator leakage, they quickly worked on the probem and we had the car back in less than 2 days. I recommended repairs to my friend who had light damage… they were also very happy with their work.

I’ve gone to Sharper Image on two different occasions now and have been very happy with my experience and the repairs done here. Definitely recommend David and this body shop for any one who needs repairs on their car. David has been really easy to talk with, professional and has always kept me in the loop regarding my repair. He also went out of his way to help reattach a part of my bumper that was loose for free when other places were going to charge me a big fee.

Took my BMW 528i in due to me getting rear ended. It was a hit and run so I had to pay out of pocket. David took great car of my car. I was worried that my bumper was was going to look like it was repainted but they hit it right on the spot. Got my car back and you would of never know that it was hit. I just got into a really bad car accident, my bf referred me to David from Sharper Image and he was amazing. My car was totaled like I assumed but he made sure to put a rush on things and get it back to my insurance so they can get things done. I wanted to say thank you for getting my car nice and new again. I was hit by a truck in a mall and had a few scratches on my car. I took it over to see the damages and possibly get it repainted. 2nd Verse Same as the First… We have had the unfortunate experience of needing body & paint done on two vehicles in the last 6 months. Fortunately, for us, this shop was recommended by our insurance company. The whole process couldn’t have gone any smoother — just give them the claim number and you’re all set. Let me start off by saying David is a boss!
This shop was recommended from a good friend/​coworker of mine for my particular car. Although the job on my car was not super extensive, nevertheless it would be a challenging job to match paint and body lines on the front panel of my Subaru WRX. David set me up same day to come in, called Enterprise to pick me up, and kept me updated the whole entire time! He was incredibly professional, efficient, polite, and informative from drop off to pick up. He even had me bring the car in the next day to touch up an area of concern I had. This shop has exceeded my expectations and I will happily refer friends and family here.
