Established in 2011.

We are new concept upscale sushi caterer started in year 2011. We were requested to catering one of the house of Paris Hilton, Latham & Watkins LLP cooperate and Rose Hills cooperate. We absolute only use best grade and Pollution-​free fishes to please our clients and their special need, We offer unique sushi menus customize on your preference within your budget. Our Master sushi chef which has been worked top 3 sushi place in New York will create a suitable personal menu to «WOW» your guests.

Manager

Jackson Mou is a gourmet Sushi master who has a passion for Japanese fusion food. He has worked for sixteen years in five star restaurants. He worked hard started as a sushi helper and soon made his way up to a consultant chef. The quality and taste of his unique style of food is famous and he is in great demand as a personal chef, consultant and advisor to many successful businesses.

Jackson Mou’s mission statement states that he will «continue to significantly exceed customers’ expectations in all aspects of taste and service.» He also aims to «bring out traditional style dishes with modern fusion concepts into new and reinventing experiences.» This results in new and unique dishes that you will not be able to taste anywhere else.

Jackson Mou first became interested in Japanese cuisine when he was a teenager and started working as a sushi helper at the prestigious Hatsuhana Kaiseki style cuisine restaurant, which was one of the top Kaiseki eating places in New York at the time.

I booked Sushi Private Catering to come make sushi for a corporate event, and it was the best experience I have had yet. We do this a lot, and I have never had such a great experience with such great sushi. They prepared amazing rolls that were presented beautifully, they had plenty of chefs come so that they could replenish the rolls quickly, and they were great to work with. I am so happy we booked them and I will be calling them again soon!!!

I attended a party where they catered the sushi for the party. They had wonderful customer service and their sushi presentation was amazing! They had everything you needed to enjoy your sushi experience. The sushi was fresh, the chefs were very friendly and professional. The kiwi salmon sushi, the sashimi, and the spicy tuna was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasty. I would hire them for my own party!

I used them for my 30th birthday and they did a great job! They had a nice presentation and everybody enjoyed it. They stayed as long as everyone was still eating/​ordering and most importantly the sushi was fresh and everything tasted very good. The prices are reasonable and I would definitely use them again!

I used Sushi Private Catering for my husband’s and my 40th Birthday Bash. Had 2 sushi chefs for our event– amazing! Sushi was fresh, they made whatever guests asked for. They came well prepared, were very accomodating. All our guests were impressed with them, many compliments received about the quality of their sushi and its presentation. The only problem is that now I want to use them for every party! Highly recommend them. They made our 40th memorable.

I had Jackson help host my birthday party. He was very accommodating, and on the day of he came with everything. We got great feedback on the food and everyone wanted his contact information. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy all the great looking dishes since I’m pregnant, but he made sure to include baked rolls and sushi so I could enjoy as well :) Will definitely consider having him cater again, next time when I don’t have any dietary restrictions!

These guys are awesome, I suprised my wife for her birthday with private sushi at home and it was a hit. Everything tasted amazing! They brought everything in, entertained the guests and cleaned up as if nothing ever happened. Great times!

I attended a friends catered dinner and was surprised to find such good quality sushi catered. Jackson uses very fresh and high quality fish for his sushi and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to cater this type of food at a gathering. BEST. SUSHI. EVVAARRR!!! Jackson creates the most unbelievably delicious rolls and sushi bites. Everything is FRESH and light, not covered with mayo and dressing, you can actually TASTE the freshness of the fish (and BOY is it fresh) He uses top of the line ingredients to create top of the line food. His creativity never ceases to amaze me and the concoctions of flavors he blends together is out of this world! (i’m getting hungry as I’m recalling the flavors while trying to type this) Everything he serves is done with care and detail, and his presentations are absolutely beautiful. My favorite sushi is his seared Ono and his rolls wrapped in soy paper topped with mango slices… BOMB. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Jackson and his team :) you will NOT regret it!

I was born in a sushi family, my dad is sushi chef since i was still a baby, my grandpa is also a master sushi chef in Tokyo. However i went to one of my friend’s birthday party and they are serving sushi. I was impressed by the foods they were serving and the sauce they have is so tasty, i’ve seen a couple guys try to lick off the plates. They are open my mind i also took lots pictures to show my dad. They are creative, what it surprised me is they also have good quality.

I’ve had the Kiwi Salmon Sashimi as well, it was amazingly delicious. Their food from appetizers to main courses were all very fresh, and very good. The entrees are presented nearly art-​like and I could tell that lots of thought were put into every dish. If you are in the market for high-​end Japanese food catering, I would highly recommend them!

Had a chance to taste their food at an mixer event and I have to say the food was great and very fresh! They had this marinated tomatoes that were just awesome. I couldn’t stop eating it (till they ran out). Will put them on my list next time I need sushi catering service.
