Established in 2011.

We are new concept upscale sushi caterer started in year 2011. We were requested to catering one of the house of Paris Hilton, Latham & Watkins LLP cooperate and Rose Hills cooperate. We absolute only use best grade and Pollution-​free fishes to please our clients and their special need, We offer unique sushi menus customize on your preference within your budget. Our Master sushi chef which has been worked top 3 sushi place in New York will create a suitable personal menu to «WOW» your guests.

Manager

Jackson Mou is a gourmet Sushi master who has a passion for Japanese fusion food. He has worked for sixteen years in five star restaurants. He worked hard started as a sushi helper and soon made his way up to a consultant chef. The quality and taste of his unique style of food is famous and he is in great demand as a personal chef, consultant and advisor to many successful businesses.

Jackson Mou’s mission statement states that he will «continue to significantly exceed customers’ expectations in all aspects of taste and service.» He also aims to «bring out traditional style dishes with modern fusion concepts into new and reinventing experiences.» This results in new and unique dishes that you will not be able to taste anywhere else.

Jackson Mou first became interested in Japanese cuisine when he was a teenager and started working as a sushi helper at the prestigious Hatsuhana Kaiseki style cuisine restaurant, which was one of the top Kaiseki eating places in New York at the time.
