Description

Specialties

The Melting Pot is a fondue restaurant. If you aren’t familiar with fondue, be prepared! You do cook the main course at your table. Here are your course options:

1. Cheese Fondue– Melted down in the pot at the table by your server. Accompanied by apples, breads and vegetables for dipping.

2. Salad– A la carte or prelude to your main entrée (included in entrée price).

3. Entrée Fondue– A cooking style is selected and the pot is brought to your table to heat up. Choose from 3 different broths (French) or Canola oil (Swiss). Your meats and vegetables are cooked in the pot at the table. There are several sauces served with the meats & veggies for creating endless combinations for dipping after cooking.

4. Chocolate Fondue– Milk, dark or white chocolate melted down with bite-size goodies to dip into your specially selected pot of liquid gold.

We look forward to providing you with a fun and unique dining experience.

History

Established in 2007.

Opened in August of 2007. The Melting Pot wanted to bring the fun, upscale casual atmosphere and fondue fare to Northern Orange County. A sister-store to the location in Irvine which opened in 2002 and San Clemente in February 2007.

Meet the Business Owner

Mira S.

Business Owner

Mira was originally an interior designer in Scottsdale, AZ. She jumped from a brief stint in Sandy, Utah to Orange County, CA in 2001. The Melting Pot in Irvine opened in the summer of 2002. The Irvine Melting Pot was the first location in California. There are now currently 13 franchise locations in all of CA. To meet the needs of guests in the north county area, The Melting Pot of Brea was opened in summer 2007. It took over a year to open the doors! The Tuscan-themed and soft vineyard color-scheme décor are inviting and very different from the sister store: Irvine
