Vitamin World

Tyler helped me out today. He made the experience really nice and quick, Offered information about products without pushing any sales on me. Left saving money and with a membership. I live 4 minutes away from the vitamin word in Covina but plan on driving an extra 10 miles to come to this vitamin world instead because of the great customer service.

I would give this place –5 stars if i could,
was told over the phone an item was $ 54 and i had a coupon for 30% off, and the jerkoff wanted to charge me $ 52 after %30 off
just order your supplements on amazon and call it a day ppl

I would give this place no star but to be fair, they get one because they probably do have the products you need… because the store is always EMPTY!
So I went in with my friend looking for a preworkout supplement. No greeting at all. Ok fine, maybe he was REALLY busy with that ONE customer. So we walked out, ate and walked in again. EMPTY. No greeting, the guy didn’t even bother to ask if we needed anything or if we were looking for something. And on top of that he wasn’t doing anything… like, really, nothing! he was just standing behind the counter. I thought that was rude, yeah, doesn’t take me anything to walk up and ask what’s up with this product, but the fact that he didn’t initiate when that’s his job and didn’t even greet, come on! And the guy he was helping out earlier was white… I’m asian and my friend is mexican… uh… was he being racist or extremely useless? I do not know but one thing I know for sure, I will not go back to his place and because it’s always empty it will probably go out of business anyway. Good luck!

Someone you got to step into the mall to remember what stuff you need to buy! While walking around on the second floor of Brea mall, I saw Vitamin World and then I remembered I read some new products that I wanted to buy.
Well sure enough in the store they had those products and I ended up asking a few questions about what and how to safely use them and behold… the nice man actually helped me out :) I was happy, satisfied and felt that I made a great choice in my goal to staying healthy.
The man seemed really knowledgeable on lots of things about staying fit and healthy and he him self looked in good shape, so I trust his opinion and hopefully my muscles won’t get so burned out as before !
