Not happy with the Wetzel bitz I just got. Too hard like it was made yesterday. Asking to see if I can get new one. Yeah, still not happy.

Located in the Brea Mall Food Court, Wetzel’s Pretzels shares its kiosk/cashier with Coldstone(and their workers as well!) Poor them. Got a pepperoni twist pretzel from em on a Friday evening. It tasted sad. Like it was there for the last 8 hours crying and sobbing in the box. Definitely did not taste fresh and :’( Wetzel’s needs to have a system where they need to make a certain number each hour and then take it out if a pretzel passes a certain amount of hours. It looked sad): Seriously. Huh. This is gonna be a short review. You can find seating throughout the food court if need be :)

I would give a higher rating, but their portions are pretty small and very overpriced. I really enjoy their food, but I wish you got more for the price. The restaurant was really clean though. Seating isn’t great, but there is some nearby. I don’t think I would ever go out of my way to eat here, but if I was around I’d stop by.

I used to work in Ontario where I became a fan of wetzel pretzels(I didn’t like pretzels prior to trying wetzels) at that particular location they were always fresh and soft! Unfortunately for brea’s location I’ve given them 2 tries and each time was a disappointment. 98% of the pretzels are dry and burnt looking and thin in a weird way. Wgen they should be light and fluffy I don’t know about the rest of you but I don’t like burnt food. I’d like to support this place, but they need to step up their game in a big way. I’m only giving 1 star to the nice employees that work there

Ewwww!!! This place is so gross!!! Me and my friend went here and got pretzel bites. They made us so sick. We had a headache. We threw up and was having bowel problems. I will never ever come here again! The prices are way to expensive for what u get.

Arff arff… these dogs bite. Wetzel dog bites: eight tiny sausages wrapped with pretzel dough. Well, actually they don’t bite back… but they do snap when you take a bite. 3 stars! Nice puppies. Wetzel’s Pretzels is almost yummylicious!

Pretzels First time we went, original pretzels were really soft and nice with cheese dip. Very good… Second time we went, we ordered pizza pretzel, and cinnamon pretzel. They were not as soft as and kind of hard and chewy. Third time we went, we ordered just original pretzels and they were very good. Very inconsistent, so I am combining all my times and giving them 3 stars. Seems to me like they can only get their original pretzels correct. Drinks I think hot dog on a stick frozen lemonade is way better than this place. You have a few different flavors to choose from though. The sizes are pretty small too. You never know what kind of pretzels you will get here…

We ordered 2 salted pretzels and a large lemonade. the pretzels were soooo hard! and they didn’t have regular lemonade ready so we had to get a slush. Gross! way too much sugar. please don’t waste your money!

Love the pretzels hate the service. My husband and I bought two pretzels and a drink from a guy named Freddy I think. He was so rude and unwilling to help. This was the one on the lower level of the mall, I will stick to the one in the food court from now on.

This place is located in the 2nd floor of the mall in the food court. It is shared with Cold Stone. Not a lot of selection of pretzels to choose from here at the time on a Friday afternoon. They only had the plain pretzels, one jalapeño pretzel, and pretzel bites. They had a good number of dipping sauces at least. I had the plain pretzel with cheddar cheese and caramel dipping sauces. It was good. Service was quick though. No free water cups here either… only lemonade.

I’ve been to other locations of Wetzel Pretzel, and this one didn’t wow me. For coming here at 11am, you’d expect their items to be pretty fresh an hour after mall opening, right? No! Pretzel dog was stale and burnt on the outside, gooey and undercooked so badly that the dough on the inside was running down my dog! Also, they have the type of frozen lemonade slush that gets the syrup all sucked up leaving you with tons of flavorless crushed ice unless you stop to mix it with your straw every 2 minutes. The kid that worked as the cashier was very polite and attentive though. The frozen lemonade and pretzel dog came up to almost $ 8. I could’ve gotten a lot more food for that kind of money at the surrounding restaurants, at least if it was better quality, it would have been worth it. Not impressed!

I love the pretzel dogs here. They taste better than auntie anne’s. However, with that being said. the workers are another story. so the employee who rang me up, was talking to her co-workers about how she’s so responsible and how other people say the same and how she’s such a good worker. well after she charged me for the pretzel dog, she walked back to talking to her co-workers. She didn’t give me my pretzel dog. I had to ask for it, and she looked at me like I was an idiot. So much for being so responsible.
