The yogurt here is just as delicious as any other yogurtland but this review is more based on customer service and the locations cleanliness, or lack of. This location is always dirty no matter what time of day or night I go in the tables never get wiped down, the chairs are honestly turning black in some areas and it’s clear that no one EVER detail cleans them since there is dry fruit and who knows what one them. Gross! There’s so many people working all the time I can’t understand why no one will grab a towel and clean that lobby, I honestly want to do it myself sometimes. Now the other problem is the customer service. There’s one nice young man there who is friendly and welcoming, that’s it, just one. Every lady employee I’ve ever encountered there seems so miserable and annoyed. If it weren’t for the yogurt and close location I probably wouldn’t come here at all.

One of my favorite Fro-yo spots. The store is normally kept pretty clean. I’ve never seen any major spills that weren’t cleaned up quickly. There’s plenty of seating in and out of the store so you can relax and enjoy your treat. They always seem to have at least a few new flavors every time I come here as well as a wide variety for your taste buds. They also have a great selection of toppings. Love the hard shell chocolate and whipped cream for the days when I really want to cheat. If you join their rewards program, it pays to come back more often… in free future ounces. Lastly, the employees are your normal young college age kids and most are pretty friendly. Only had one instance when someone wasn’t super chipper but I get it… not a big deal.

I’ll give this place 3 stars for cleanliness & taste! Unfortunately their service is whatever. Do not expect a welcome greeting when you walk in. The employees are just chatting with each other. Toppings are nicely stocked tho! Had to wait a while to pay since the employees were no where to be found behind the register when there is a store full of customers. So knocking down two stars for unfriendly welcome & inattentive slow service.

The location is great but the worker there is horribly unfriendly. Few times times i went there I thought maybe she is having a bad day… now after few encounters I realize it’s her bad attitude. She is extremely rude and looks like she hates working. She gave my son a girly colored spoon so I asked her to change the spoon to a different color. She looked extremely anoyed and threw the spoon away with an attitude. She looked Hispanic with curly hair, short and chubby. Management please hire friendlier workers. Or I can take my business elsewhere.

Love the service, clean location and how much fun I have with family and friends. If you haven’t tried the rocket pop, it’s definitely a must have.

I’ve never had a more negative vibe at literally any place that sells frozen yogurt as I did here tonight… It was as if we walked into a funeral instead of a yogurtland. emalee?(Emily?) I’m not sure how it’s spelled, I only briefly saw her name tag, but wow, please lighten up your mood. I don’t want to be glared at for my entire yogurtland experience lol. If you’re having that bad of a day call in sick, don’t ruin your customers evening!

Decided to go to Yogurtland on a Thursday night with my bf. We planned to go to the one near CSUF but they were closing so we went to this location instead. In a sentence… this is the best Yogurtland in the area! They have great selection of different sweet and sour flavors, including green tea and mango. Their machines are always running and actually HAVE yogurts unlike the one near CSUF even though it was near closing time. Store is clean and organized. Staffs are friendly. Always a great spot to hangout with friends!

I like this particular location the best. It’s fairly easy access off of Imperial, and parking is abundant. Plus this location is far more spacious than most other locations. The employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. There is always a good selection of different flavors, per usual. The location always looks very clean & tidy, but for some reason there is a very bad smell often. It’s almost like B.O. but the smell is never near the employees, so I’m not sure where it is coming from. Luckily they have lots of outdoor seating, so you can escape the smell quickly. I had to take away 1 star for that smell.

HORRIBLE customer service tonight! I took my two kids in tonight to take advantage of the«rainy day» special that I received in my email. It had been raining very hard for a few hours but it was not at the moment we were in there. I asked the employee, Ben(allegedly the assistant manager) if the rainy day special applied. He said it did not because it was not raining at that very moment. Then he changed his story and said that the paperwork from corporate stated it had to be raining or the ground wet. My kids pointed out that it was wet outside and then he said that they were trying not to participate and I should go to a different store. During the entire conversation he was smug and obviously knew nothing about good customer service. He even did this in front of my 9 and 14 year old kids. He was right about one thing though and I will be going to a different store from now on and suggest everyone does. I emailed the manager and he apologized for the service and said he’d take care of it. He also didn’t understand because his store was not participating in the promotion at all. He also sent me a few coupons for free 3 oz. of yogurt. Because of this I changed my rating to 3 stars.

Yogurt Land imperial highway, Brea More room than most other Yogurt Lands This one has water too, something other Yogurt Lands have removed. Otherwise, same great Yogurt Land yogurt, promotions, and service.

Best Yogurtland ever! Everything about it is perfect. They handle long lines very efficiently, the quality is always consistent and great. Store is kept clean and organized. Best of all, Ben is usually working there when my kids and I come in and he is awesome with kids. Love this place.

As Yogurtland’s go, this is about average. The flavors don’t seem to change much and the place is relatively clean except for the sticky spots around some of the dispensing machines or tables… It can get really crowded during summer. As strange as it sounds, I can’t seem to figure out why any time of day or year, the store smells like B.O. and a gym locker… Is it the staff, the customers or ???

Great yogurt! Lots of toppings to choose from. Try the salted Carmel it’s amazing! I love how they’re open until midnight. My only complaint is it’s Kind of pricy for yogurt.

We come here all the time and wee are never disappointed. I prefer yogurt land over any other place. You get to serve yourself and it’s reasonably priced. There’s an employee who is always so sweet and you can tell she enjoys being here and helping guests. We go back as often as we can!

Peanut butter! Thought it’s a popular flavor? Hey, not every Yogurtland carries that. Finally found you around me!

I come here for a quick pick me up during work. Nothing beats frozen yogurt on a hot day. I prefer Yogurtland as opposed to Pinkberry because I like to fill it my cup based on how I’m feeling that day. It’s also fun for the kids to let them choose what they want. They have a wide range of flavors, over 10 flavors. All the flavors are great; its all personal taste. They often have special limited time flavors. Plenty of toppings ranging from fruits(canned and fresh), to cookies, to mochi pieces, to syrups. The price is pretty decent. Plenty of parking and this place is never overly crowded.

This Yogurtland is in the same plaza as David’s Bridal and a 99 cent store, behind a Chevron. You might not see it if you’re heading east from Imperial Hwy. It’s even harder to spot at night because their sign is not lit up. Plenty of parking is available in their private lot. There is a public restroom and outdoor seating. If you sign up for their yogurt rewards, you can get free 6 ounces of yogurt on your first visit(It used to be 3 ounces, so take advantage of this offer now!). You have to download the app to get cardless registration, but it’s really easy. I love their yogurt and love how you pay by the ounce.(38 cents per ounce) They have always been my go-to frozen yogurt store. The frozen-ness just depends on the store and time that you go. I’ve been to some locations where the yogurt is drippy and others are just fine. I love that they also rotate toppings. They have gummy life savers now! The girl who worked at the time I went was very nice. I felt so bad for her because it was crowded in there but she was the only employee there!

Nice Yogurtland with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I always ask for a sample cup to try out the new flavor and if like this time when I tried the banana fosters it has a weird after taste I revert back to and old stand by like coffee or Carmel and pralines. Tips ask for a sample cup and tell them it’s to go so you aren’t charged tax.
