In one word Awesome! I’ve taken both Piyo and Zumba with Aimee and I always have a blast. She really knows what she is doing and you can tell she enjoys doing it. She breaks things down and gives modifications, so even an uncoordinated person like me can follow along and have fun. Aimee is such an upbeat, friendly person. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get in shape.

Absolutely the most fun Zumba class I ever went to. Love her style, knowledge and enthusiasm. Keep it up! Her music is fun, she has terrific musicality and an excellent teaching style. She also includes modifications. Her class attracts a variety of ages and abilities, and everyone has fun!
