Established in 1979.
Paffrath & Thomas, Inc. was originally created as a result of combining Paffrath & Company and a satellite office, Condominium Sales Center Inc., which was owned by Mark Thomas and Jeff Paffrath. The company was formed based on the fact that top producing individuals in their respective firms do not tend to stay with their companies due to low commission splits. These self-motivated top producers seek self employment and 100% of the commissions they produce. All the brokers in our Main Street office share overhead equally and retain all commissions for their efforts. This concept has enabled eleven of the top producers in Summit County to form an extremely strong team; this team is very active and highly respected in Summit County and throughout Colorado.
