History

Established in 2011.

BTS was formed in 2011 by our founder and CEO Steve Burian. Steve saw an opportunity and necessity in the southern Illinois market for smaller and rural based companies needing much more than what the standard computer shops and big box stores could offer. He knew he could deliver better personal service and value to businesses compared to local tech shops that primarily cater to residential customers.

Steve has over 20 years of professional technology experience and understands small business needs. He was born into businesses on both sides of his family which have been in operation for over 70 years!

Steve has gained a wealth of knowledge working with Internet providers, tech repair shops, manufacturers, business clients and has even hosted a technology based talk radio show in Springfield Illinois called «Fresh Tek».
