Anytime Lock & Safe

I work in North Mason and we needed a locksmith to come out to our office to change the office door lock. The locksmith I called out here was rude on the phone, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. So glad I did a Google search and found Anytime Lock & Safe. The locksmith, Harry, was very professional and kind of the phone. I didn’t know for sure if we needed the lock changed completely or re-​keyed. He was very patient and thorough in answering my questions. He came out the following Wednesday and re-​keyed the door. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good reliable locksmith!

I met a bearded super hero today.
Today, I let my two year old play with my keys while I put him in his car seat. Our car has a setting where if the keys are in the car, you can push a button on the handle and the door opens, you know, in case your keys get locked in the car. In the same second that I shut his door, he pushed a button on the keys and somehow locked all the doors. I could not get in, the doors would not open.
I called my step dad, who immediately called AAA and came down the street to where I was. AAA couldn’t get anyone to us for another half hour, so I called 911 and my step dad made another call to a locksmith. They said they couldnt get there for another 30 minutes. We did not have 30 minutes.
Someone walking by told him to call Anytime, so he did.
The EMTs arrived and checked my son’s respirations through the window. They said that he was not in immediate danger so we should wait for the locksmith instead of breaking the window.
Matt got to us within 5 minutes of my stepdad calling. He got straight to work and had the door unlocked within a few minutes. I pulled my son out and was hugging him and crying. My step dad asked about the charge and his response was «No charge, have a good weekend.» He left before I had a chance to really thank him.
Thank you for getting to us so quickly. You took our need seriously unlike the two other locksmiths my dad called. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I appreciate your actions today more than I can say.

Stellar service and expert knowledge. The company has been in operation since the 1970’s and they know what they’re doing. When I found out I’d be working in E. Bremerton, one of my first thoughts was that I’d be able to get keys and locks with no hassle. They’ve handled everything I’ve brought to them — from keys with transponders to Harley Davidson barrel ignition keys to teeny tiny keys for stuff like luggage locks.
Highly recommended.

I needed a replacement for my worn 2003 Saturn Vue key. Knowing I needed it tonight (despite the fact it kept him well past his off time) Matt went well above and beyond, troubleshooting a number of challenges. In the course of reassembling the back hatch undercarriage, he even fixed a rattle that had been annoying for a very long time. All done with complete grace, good humor and can-​do spirit. Oh yes, and a very reasonable price, particularly given the time and attention.
It was a task I had put off much too long. I won’t hesitate to call on Matt and Any Time Lock and Key the next time I need help. And no, I’m not a shill. Totally outstanding experience

I call for a quote, and the guy who answered was quite rude. When I was trying to ask for a quote, and was in the process of telling him my situation, he spoke right over me, asking if I needed him to come to me or if I was bringing the locks to him. As I tried to answer, he spoke over me again. He was rude the entire time I was getting the quote, and when I thanked him for his quote and his time, he asked if I wanted to set an appointment. I said, no thank you, I’ve already got a less expensive quote, and he hung up on me! I’m sorry, but I’d pay more for a place that has fantastic customer service, and this guy definately does not. I can’t rate his locksmithing, as I didnt get that service from him, but as far as going to someone who will treat you like they care about you and your safety? Not him.

Not very often that I need a lock smith but knowing I have an awesome one right down the road is comforting.
My wife took our truck in the other day because since we’ve had it the tail-​gate lock has never worked (bought it used) and she asked Mike to fix it. He told her that the ignition key should work and to simply spray a little WD-​40 into the lock and run the key back and forth a few times and if that didn’t work to come see him again.
Well, she did as instructed and bingo! lock works again. Now this may not sound all that awesome but what gets me is his integrity. He could have charged her to change out the lock or even worse, had her bring it in to be fixed, charge her for a new lock and do the WD-​40 trick.
Like I said, I don’t need him very often but with all the crooked businesses out there its nice to find an honest once now and again especially one I’m going to trust my locks with.
