History

Established in 1907.

The Bremerton Chamber of Commerce was established as the Bremerton Board of Trade in 1907. One of the founding members of the board was Bill Gates’ grandfather, who ran a business in Downtown Bremerton.

The Bremerton Chamber hosts the longest running and largest Armed Forces Day Parade in the Nation, and is very involved with business activity, and advocacy in Bremerton and Kitsap County.
