I have used Chrey’s for 20+ years and always have recieved good customer service and all the jewelry is high quality. I have had several pieces of jewelry custom made and always have been thoroughly impressed with end result. Definately the only jeweler I have used in the past 20+years! Great experience. I lost one of my diamond studs. I felt so bad. Went in with in the intention of trading in some old gold to off set the cost of matching the stud I still had. I did end up «upgrading» which I was leaning toward anyway. The new pair is so pretty, larger and brighter. Did not feel pressured and I think we got a good trade and little money for a much better product. This was our second visit, last year we sold some gold and checked around, Chreys gave a much better price. Chreys rocks!

I’ve only been in here twice — once to get my jewelry appraised and once to get a necklace fixed, but I will tell you that both times I was treated very well. There was no sense of pressure to buy anything. They are just very helpful people who enjoy their jobs. The necklace I brought in today isn’t anything fancy or expensive, just a sterling silver chain with a topaz stone in it, but I told them that it was a gift from my grandmother who has since passed, and they told me they would not only fix it, but also set it so that the stone wouldn’t be as likely to fall out. The price was SO much less than I expected, especially for a business that sells such high-​end jewelry.

This place is AMAZING! They have a variety both new and estate items and the inventory is constantly changing. The also design their own jewelry and can make anything you want. I have sent MANY happy friends and relatives through their doors and will continue to do so.

When my future son-​in-​law wanted to propose, he did not want to go to an impersonal mall store for a run-​of-​the-​mill diamond ring. Since he and my daughter are military, and living in Kansas, he conspired with me by email to design the perfect ring. Bryan, Jim, and Maria at Chrey’s FIne Jewelers took their time to find the perfect stone, and then they designed a custom setting for it. The end result? A spectacular ring at ¹⁄₃ of the price of the big stores! The ring easily appraises at three times the purchase price! The diamonds have amazing fire and brilliance, and my daughter adores her engagement ring. In fact, when she comes home for Christmas she will choose her wedding bands at Chrey’s as well! I hghly recommend this no-​pressure store in downtown Bremerton. Amazing service, friendly and competent staff, and a great value.

I love Chrey’s! The service is great. We got my engagement ring there and also the band. It is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time. They also made a pair of earrings for me for my wedding. Great custom jewelry. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they can make if for you.
Also, I feel like I can trust them. I went their because of their reputation and if I ever move back to the area, they will be my jeweler again.
