The only cleaning service I will use in my home. Locally owned and owner operated. I’ve used other services and experienced inconsistency and high employee turnover. It always concerned me that they didn’t really know who they were sending into my home. Pearl Cleaning are consistent, detailed and very flexible. They also have a great knowledge of the best and safest products to use.
This company is exactly who you should trust in your home. (Pet friendly too!)

This Company was hired by Good Property Management to clean the house we rented. I spent 2 days cleaning the house and have 172 pictures proving how clean it was. Regardless this company claims to have come in and cleaned at $ 30 per sqf. When I sent the GPM the copy of my lease that said any cleaning was at $ 25 an hour not $ 30 per sqf. I was sent a revised receipt with 16 of cleaning at $ 25 per hour. I called this cleaning company to discuss why there was only one date on the receipt for 16 hours of cleaning and to please provide me with any information concerning what she cleaned as the carpet and fire place was professionally cleaned. This was on 6÷24÷14. I’ve yet to receive a response. I realize they were hired by GPM but it was my money that paid for this so called cleaning job. But that’s ok they will have to respond to the civil suit I filed against GPM.
