Don’t waste your time going in there !!!
I Placed a call on to see if they would buy items I had, the person on the phone sounded happy to see my items. After loading my car and driving from the island the person there didn’t want to give me the time of day. This is the second time this has happened.
No customer service there. So do not waste your time. !!!

They suck in general brought in some nice coins to see if they would offer me a good. Deal… Rare Hawaiian quarter they told it was in bad shape and not silver really really they said it was worth a couple of dollars no really I told them it is worth close to 100 dollars and trust me it is silver, showed them my Japanese proof 2008 one ounce coin they said probably worth around 50 um no it is closer to 100 dollars I just checked with ngc retail price $ 135 they have no problem selling coins for top dollar I am glad I know about prices I had to walk out

Don’t mistake this for a pawn shop, it is a jewelry store, a mechanical store — whatever your want it to be. Their selection of jewelry is incredible and displayed in an upscale way. Now the real stuff may be my thing and DAMN do they take good care of me!!! But if you are looking for fashion piece, they are beautiful too!. Not a piece of bad jewelry in there unless you are looking for the cheap but nice looking stuff. Mike (owner Mike) is all about taking care of the customer.
Never sold anything to him, just cuz I can’t bare to part with anything I have. Give them a try — to see Trader Joe’s, and if you are disappointed, talk to Mike — again, everything falls back to Mike. He truly has an old soul and wants you to walk out feeling you got a deal.

Great Place to find just the right item you’ve been looking for. I love checking out the Different items at Trader MaGee’s. Lots of Unique items at great prices. The store also has a very comfortable feel to it. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Mike is truly a great individual to work with. Lots of Jewelry, Stereos, CDs, DVDs, Collectables, Coins, Swords… And so much more.
Best prices for buying & Selling any gold or silver. Questions answered about virtually any Item you might have to sell or something you may be looking for. Can’t find it in the store ?? Check their website (

We have all seen the advertisements for «We Buy Gold», and this place is no exception. I recently discovered an old pair of gold jewelry my grandmother had given to me 20 years ago and wanted to find out the value of the gold since the style is so old I knew passing them on to my daughters would be fruitless. After waiting for the gentleman to finish his phone call– he said that the most he could buy my 14k gold set was $ 175 at most. Since I had spent the early part of the afternoon price shopping– this surprisingly was the lowest offer. I was able to go down the road to The Pawn Shop and sell the set for $ 280– $ 105 more than Trader’s was offering me. If you are in the market to sell gold, I would do yourself the favor by price shopping before selling.
