From the moment I pulled up, I could tell the experience would be good. Waiting at the door were two sales reps, eager to help with my needs.
After almost 5 years, I was ready to upgrade to a new iPhone. The old model had been reliable, so I wanted to stick with Apple products.
Matt was super helpful in answering all my questions so that I could make an informed decision. He was courteous and helpful. My one recommendation would be for the sales associates to ask how the client will be using the phone. Matt kept referring to the 16Gb model, but my needs are higher. My previous model had been the iPhone 4 32Gb which was the largest bit rate model for its time. Although, the 32Gb had done me well for 5 years, my business needs dictate a top of the line product. That said, knowing the needs of each client will ensure the right match for the client to best meet their needs.
After selecting my 128Gb model in Gold color and awesome leopard case, Matt walked me through setting up my phone and helped me with transferring my contacts. He is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in getting everything going.
To top off an excellent customer service experience, Matt walked me to the door and opened it for me.
