History

Established in 1988.

In 1988, Yvonne Hastings with daughter Lindi Surovik opened CB Properties Unlimited. They wanted to make a difference in their new hometown and set out to provide the best, most trustworthy service to their customers.

The strategy worked! Within six months of opening the brokerage, they had gained the number one spot among all real estate offices in the area — and they’ve kept that ranking ever since. They sell more real estate than any other brokerage between Houston and Austin; and have expanded beyond Brenham and Washington County to serve nine counties in beautiful Texas bluebonnet country.
