I called this company today, they quoted me 39.00 visit and 25.00 to re key each lock. When the guy arrived he came in and then stated price was 85.00 per lock. I told him to get out of my house and he tried to renegotiate as I walked him out. He continued to call me to try to get back in and renegotiate and then his boss called me I explained I was not interested in their services but they continued to call and even text me but at this point I was done, you get 1 chance to do business with people. Stay away from this company.

I called a Locksmith last Friday. I will say they responded quickly and solved the problem. But a 15 minute call when the Locksmith had to drive only a few miles (based on how quickly he arrived) cost $ 39 for the initial visit then an additional $ 149. $ 188 total dollars for 15 minutes? The initial call said $ 39 and then $ 59 for basic service. That should be $ 98. How is 15 minutes more than basic service?
