Best Property Management

I highly recommend using Best Property Management to manage your rental properties. We’ve been with them for over 3 years and haven’t had a single problem. They are professional and use the most up to date technologies for billing and statements.

We have had Best Property manage our 2 investment properties in Brentwood for 3 years. We unluckily had experienced 2 former tenants who could not pay ontime. As a landlord, all we ask from the tenants is ontime rental payment and a fair treatment to our houses.
Our very recent transition was done by Property Manager, Brendan Resse. He has done an excellent job in exiting the former tenant and locating a new tenant in just 1 week! He understood what our best interest is and executed seamlessly that we had no rental loss during this transition! He always got to the key points and comprehended our needs quickly. He re-​rented the house with a fair marketing rental. We could not be happier with his service!

This company thinks that your security deposit is another source of income. They deducted money for cleaning a house we rented that was cleaner than when it was when we moved in. We documented every square foot of the house and requested info as to what was cleaned. Ron the owner stated that they didn’t need to even though California law states that the unit needs only be as clean as it was when you move in. We are taking them to small claims court as we are sure a judge will agree with us on the condition of the property. Avoid doing any business with this fraudulent company.

My boyfriend and I were recently relocated from Southern Cali to Brentwood, CA. We rented a property through Best Property Management which I already regret very much. We were moved in to a house that was very dirty, the walls have crust from whoever lived here before. They claim the carpet was professionally cleaned, i vacuumed and there was tons of dirt and long dog hairs, so gross. On top of that the back splash of my kitchen and knobs on the stove were caked with filth. Multiple other little issues have yet to be resolved. We’ve submitted multiple work orders and I noticed a few were closed out that were not even fixed! I called to nicely ask when there will be someone out here to review the issues with the house, i was transferred to Ron the manager. He was rude right off the bat, almost every time I talked I was interrupted. he told me he was doing me a courtesy for even speaking with me on the phone because I wasn’t a «leaseholder», I let him know that i’ll just be having my significant other (leaseholder) call him and he proceeded to rudely say goodbye and hung up on me. Ive worked in property management before and I would have never treated someone so disrespectfully regardless of the issues at hand or if they were a «leaseholder» or not. Im very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills that were displayed.

Dan Dahlheim and the staff at Best Property Management are always helpful and professional. We are leasing a house, and Dan has always been quick to respond when we’ve had a maintenance request. Just last week I locked myself out of the house, and Dan was there within 30 minutes to let me in.

Barbara Goins and Best Property Management have been amazing. I have been renting from them for over a year and they have been accommodating, understanding and extremely helpful. Barbara helped me get into my townhouse quickly and anytime there has been a problem it has been addressed immediately (there has only been one). I would highly recommend Barbara and Best Property Management. They helped me find something within my price range and in the area that I needed. Barbara is honest, attentive, kind and knowledgable!

I am very pleased with the service and interaction with Barbara and Best Property Management. I recently relocated from out of state and having to find a home and still maintain my working schedule was not always an easy task .
After dealing with not so nice service prior to calling Barbara, she was and still is a breath of fresh air. I received excellent customer service with the utmost patience as I was running late for my appointment.
I love the home that I am in and each time that I need to contact Barbara, she continues to deliver Awesome care and customer service. I am in the Customer Service industry and know first hand how important it is to deliver the Best customer service a customer can only dream of and that is what I experience with Best Property Management.

I was pleased with the service until move out arrived. They assessed fraudulent charges to my security deposit, including a carpet cleaning fee for carpet that should have been replaced a decade ago and an item that I reported broken upon move in. STAY AWAY!
