What can I say about Caitlin that everyone probably hasn’t already said! I’ve been going to her for probably a year & a half now and she’s always amazing. She’s super nice & her work is beautiful. I’ve gotten a variety of services done by her, including all over colors, cuts, balayage, and touch ups, and I was aaalways satisfied by the end of each appointment. She does exactly what I have in mind, every time. I just show up with a picture for reference and let her do the rest!
Just be sure not to be late! It messes up her schedule. It’s happened to me once and I felt so terrible.
Also, the new (but not so new) room they have, the ColorBar, is so beautifully designed! I swear, I can never stop thinking about it whenever I’m in there.

Caitlin is an AMAZING stylist. She artistically blended in extensions into my existing thinning hair and gave me a beautiful natural look. I have been going to Caitlin for over a year now and I drive all the way from Dublin to Brentwood just to see her. That’s how great Caitlin is. All my hair services with Caitlin have always been perfect. She listens carefully to what you want and is able to give you the look you explained to her. The entire staff at the salon is always upbeat and friendly as well. Pleasure going there. My daughter goes there as well and loves Caitlin.

Color bar is by far the best salon I have EVER been to! The salon is super clean, friendly and has an amazing atmosphere. I personally go to Jenn, who is a hair god. Everyone there is super talented and I will never even give any other salon a chance. Love color bar!

Do not, I repeat, do not let Caitlin touch your hair. She destroyed my long hair by giving me a mullet and cutting my bangs so unevenly. I have that two professionals look at it and one literally said that she worried Caitlin did it on purpose because it was so bad. I had a mullet. This hair cut is so difficult to grow out! I happened to get this service right before she left on vacation for 2 weeks! When I asked for a repair she told me that I would have to wait until she returned or pay someone to do it. I told her I would wait. She failed to contact me when she returned from vacation. I’m truly offended and disappointed with her total lack of customer service.

Me start by saying I may be one of the most high maintenance blondes you will meet! From the moment I first sat in Caitlin’s chair she listened And we talked about what I wanted and that is exactly what she gave me, beautiful blonde locks! The salon is super cute and each of the stylist there are always extremely nice and very talented I have never been disappointed! Thank you Caitlin for always keeping me looking fab!

Went here to get my hair done by Amber for the first time a few weeks ago. Needless to say, she did a great job. She really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will be back in a few weeks!
