History
Established in 1998.
I started out in public accounting in Memphis working for a big six accounting firm.
After moving to Nashville in 1985, I was employed for four years with a major Nashville law firm, and subsequently managed a national bank’s trust tax department. Prior to starting my own practice in April 1998, I managed the tax section of two local CPA firms that focused their efforts on servicing state-chartered banks and construction contractors.
In addition to tax representation and virtual management roles, I have provided due diligence and assurance services in M&A engagements, expert testimony in connection with litigation-support services and business valuation engagements and have proficiency in the constant and dynamic fields of ecommerce and computer technology
