Hewitt Garden and Design Center specializes in landscape design, home landscaping, and a quality retail operation. We carry large and specimen plants such as unusual evergreens, Japanese Maples, and other large caliper trees. We carry a large stock of trees and shrubs that we can install or you can take home with you for a weekend project. Hewitt’s also grows seasonal items such as spring and summer annuals, mums, and poinsettias. Here at Hewitt’s we also have a Gift Shop for those looking for something around the house. Come in and see for yourself!

Established in 1985.

Hewitt’s has been in business for a total of 26 years and 15 years at our Grassland Location.

Business Owner

Bill Hewitt, Co-​owner, is a Graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Horticulture and a concentration in Landscape Design. Bill is Hewitt’s lead Landscape Designer with over 35 years of experience. He prides himself in always trying to be different, having the best selections of specimen plants, and satisfying customers.
