Logan pools is the best. Mike Logan took care of us from the very first phone call I made to him, and built exactly what I wanted perfectly. I was very happy with the job, and all the employees that worked on the project. Everything went well and was completed a week before the estimated completion date. When I have questions now Mike is always there to take my calls and emails. I recommend Logan pools is the only way to go in the tri valley area.

I’m so happy that I decided to work with Mike Logan. I interviewed 3 other popular pool companies in the area but not one of them provided the immediate attention that Mike did. Actually the other 3 didn’t get back to me until days after i left messages. Mike actually answered his phone! Additionally, although the bids were fairly similar (10K differential), the three components of customer service, products and process to make the pool were VASTLY different. Make sure you find out how long the crew has been working for the company and what the turn over is for sub contracting companies — very important! Pool builders often use many different sub companies for each stage of the process — so know who your dealing with before you sign the contract.
Logan pools only uses truly the best people and products. Working with Mike was like dealing with a intelligent and trustworthy friend. He was incredibly professional from the first phone call, to the very end where we were sitting by the rock fire pit together bragging about my gorgeous pool! Mike was there — literally every step of the way. He personally supervises each job — meaning… he’s at the project a lot! Our pool took about 8 weeks, pretty much right on target based on Mike’s projections.
The crux of my review — I would have paid a little more (but I didn’t need to) to work with someone trustworthy like Mike who made the project affordable AND stress free. His amazing customer service allowed me to be a pleasant bystander or be involved as much as I wanted. He always welcomed my questions and was very patient in educating me through the whole process.
Bottom line, Mike really IS as nice as he seems the very first meeting! This isn’t a cheeky ploy to get your business. He is super happy go lucky, feels very blessed to be doing what he’s doing combined with attentiveness, timelines and five star customer service.

I am the 3 rd owner of a home in which a Logan pool was built in 2000.
I have lived there for over 8 years and absolutely love my pool and its fantastic design. Soon after moving into my home in Brentwood a number of years ago, I had issues with the pool. I visited Mike Logan at his then office on Walnut St. He provided needed information at no charge which saved me from an expensive equipment change.
In the last month, I once again had a problem with my pool which could cost in the thousands of dollars to fix. I contacted Mike by phone. He was happy to analyze my problem, consider problem sources and once again provide an experienced point of view and an inexpensive solution. We just finished having our pool built this July 2013!
Mike was professional from start to finish. He was patient with all of our questions and was great at addressing all concerns.
When I was initially looking for someone to hire to build our pool, I saw that reviews for other builders mentioned the lack of communication. That was not the case here. Mike usually answers his phone and when he doesn’t, he promptly replies to voice mail and email messages.
My friends and family are all very happy with our new pool. I would not hesitate to recommend Logan Pools to anyone.
Landscaping will be finished in a few weeks and I will update with pictures of the pool at that time. :-)

Logan Pools did an amazing job on our pool and rear yard hardscape. My wife and I gave them our high level ideas and photos for a guideline and they took the rest from there. Our project was complex and detailed but the workmen executed the work flawlessly. It has since been six years since our pool and 12 person spa with rain wall was installed and it works as well now as the first day they turned it over to us.
We will use Logan Pools for our next home and we recommend others at least site down and talk with Mike Logan about their swimming pool dreams.

Mike and his crew at Logan Pools are the best you could ask for. Phone calls are always promptly returned (even many years after they built our pool). Service calls although rarely needed, are handled very professionally. Don’t go with anyone else for your swimming pool needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’m coming back 4 years later after having Logan Pools build a pool for us. The event that prompts me to come here is that I called them to ask some questions about replacement pool light bulb, and as expected, they called back very promptly.
Yup, after 4 years we are still enjoying our tropical pool and solar heating system that they installed for us. All the equipment is still performing well, the PebbleTech pool still looks as new as the day it was finished, and not a single crack on the concrete decks, spa or anywhere.
We are so glad that we chose them. It is interesting to note that of the 4 other pool companies we considered for the job, 3 of them are out of business today.
About the only issue I can remember having was last year when one of the in-​ground cleaning caps broke. Within 3 hours of calling Logan Pools, they called me back and delivered a replacement (for free) on the very next day. In fact, he gave me a spare cap as well.
The olé adage is still true, «You do get what you pay for».

We recently moved to Brentwood and were considering plans to improve our backyard. We were thinking an outdoor kitchen/​bbq now and a pool in a few years and wanted the same contractor to do both if possible.
I called a few other contractors and never heard back.
Logan pools had a quick call back time, was friendly and very professional.
Some family things have come up and we decided to put our plans on hold so we can’t comment on their actual construction but the first impression was positive and I will call them again when we have everything under control again
