Established in 2001.

Family owned and operated since 2002. Born and raised in Discovery Bay and now currently living in the brentwood area with my wife and my two beautiful daughters.

Great service! I was sent email, text confirmations including when they were on their way and when the job was completed. They were prompt, helped relocate some furniture, and were very thorough. Very nice people, two brothers working hard for a buck! They did a great job cleaning the carpets and I’ll have them back again when I need the carpets done again. Very reasonable price for the results. Glad I paid attention to the Unilocalers out there!

I called Presto on Monday morning. They came out on Wednesday morning. Arrived on time, even texting they were in route 10 minutes before arrival. Their crew was polite and friendly. Their first step in cleaning our carpet was to protect our home. They laid out mats and corner protectors. Then steam cleaned and scotch guarded before mopping the hardwood on their way out. Overall took about 2 hours to clean and everything looks good as new!

Not only did Nathaniel squeeze me in at a short moments notice, he charged me a lesser price than a competitor I used a few months back, and the competitor did only half the house. Nathaniel did an awesome job, provide foot covers for me to do the walk thru after the cleaning. Then gave me a free bottle spot remover for the carpet. If you need a carpet guy, this is the man to go to…

We just had Jason from Presto come out to our home and clean the carpet. Every part of our experience, from talking to Brian on the phone to Jason’s work inside the house was excellent. They were kind, friendly, professional and the price was very reasonable :-). I’ll be using their services again, and recommending them to friends and family.

I am amazed!!! After my normal Carpet Cleaner bailed out on me at the last minute, I looked to Unilocal to see if I could find a last minute company that could come out in a hurry. With company coming, we were really in a pinch. I called at 10:40 am … my carpets were cleaned by 2:15 PM … the SAME day. They really saved me. They did a fantastic job and got out several stains that I have been unable to clear. I loved that they confirmed the appointment via text, sent me a text when they were in route and then send one last text to finalize the job. Jason was great … he even left me some carpet spot remover so that I could remove spots between cleanings. First rate service and response. I WILL be calling them the next time that I need my carpets cleaned.

We just moved into a new house. I had my old carpet cleaned previous to today but after moving it needed to be cleaned again as well as the tile floors in my new house. Presto was able to come out right away. Jasen came to both my old and my new house to clean carpets and tiles and they came out amazing. I will always use presto for my carpet and floor cleaning needs They’re professional and fast! Thanks again guys!

I was very happy with the way they cleaned my carpet, which had been badly soiled and smelled after a tenant with dogs, moved out of our rental home. They got it really clean and the smell gone, and for a reasonable price. I would be happy to use them again!

Professional fast and friendly! My carpets are amazing! I have 3 cats and two small dogs. One of my cats decided to stop using the litter-​box and Nathaniel was able to get the smell and staines out! Highly recommend this company!

We were moving and needed our carpets cleaned, with short notice. We called several local companies but Presto was the only one who answered our call and was able to fit us into their schedule the next day.
Jason and his assistant showed up right on time, expertly took care of our carpets, and cleaned up after themselves. We loved their automated system that confirmed our appointment, let us know when they were on their way, and sent us a receipt after we paid.
Everything about this company was top notch. We will definitely be calling them again!

Had my carpet cleaned a few days ago first of all I felt really rushed they showed up a lot earlier than our scheduled appointment and was ready to get the job done and leave. It seemed like a pretty good job at first but it definitely wasn’t worth $ 85 for a room in a half! There chemicals are weak and couldn’t even get a simply coffee stain out. The whole job took about 30 min and I will never use there service again… kh

I was very impressed with the great job they did on our carpets! Our carpets looked horrible, I thought we needed new ones. Note, we have 4 year old twins and 4 dogs. In addition we used to foster German Shepherds, who were not always house-​broken. Having light colored carpets, they show everything.
Anyway, the crew did a great job! Very nice and easy to work with. They were also quick and affordable. I foresee using them again in the future.

Called Presto on Wednesday after another company failed to return my calls for two days. Requested service by Friday noon. They squeezed me in the very next day!!! I got my carpets, sofa, and love seat done. He added an area rug for free.
Work was impressive, price is fair and service is amazing. I’ll use Presto again and recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing job! They were quick and affordable. My title was in BAD shape, it looked brand new after they left. Super friendly and they were in and out in about an hour. Kitchen, half bath and entry way was done.
