Horrible customer service. Walked in there before closing time and I was sent away because they closed earlier than their hours on the door.

Worst customer service ever received! My younger sister spilt soda on her freshly made sandwich and they made me pay 3 dollars for new bread. The girl working was very rude. Her name was desirea. I will not be returning to this location.

Not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews because this is one of the nicest and cleanest Subways I have encountered. …and I have been to a lot of them! Was greeted by a super friendly man and he made my sandwich fast and perfect. Super quick and a pleasure.

Hadn’t been to this place in awhile, but had a good experience before and heard from co-workers consistently how good the sandwiches always are here. When I walked in, the girl was on her cell and I had to wait until she was done talking. I was hoping it was the manager, but from things she was saying I didn’t think so. When she came to make my lunch order, I was taken back at the way I was treated. Very unfriendly, and acted as though making my order was a HUGE pain in her ass. I even tried to make jokes and small talk to improve the blah-zay environment her attitude was creating, and, for a moment, wondered if I was inside the movie MEANGIRLS; expressionless and apathetic facial features. I mean, Subway can’t be the best job, and who knows what this girls home life is like, but JEEZ, I know people who have been fired or had to go back through training for such bad customer service skills. Or should I say no customers service skills. She exploded mustard into my sandwich, and instead of making a new one, tried to squeegee off the mustard. It didn’t work. I had mustard with a side of sandwich for a meal. I decided today that maybe it was just my bad luck I got treated this way, and went back. Once again, no friendly greeting when I entered, and making my order seemed like it was hell for her. THe knife she used was so dull, it looked like she had opened up the bread for my order with mittens. All smashed and mangled up. Between dirty looks to me and the only other customer in there, she made my order. This time, I just looked away because trying to figure out why someone is acting so weird is really just too much. When I went to eat my sandwich I noticed that she had only put THREE pieces of each veggie I wanted. Including small things like peppers, onions, and olives. She forgot to put in pickles. Also, for the second time in a row, the lettuce and spinach was so wilted and brown, I thought it might be more fitting if it was inside a zoo’s feed bin at night time, leftover from the morning, and sitting around all day.

Staff on their cell phones behind the counter & I had to wait while she finished her conversation. They were out of the bread & meat I wanted on 2 seperate occasions. Trash & wrappers all over the floor. My sandals stuck to the floor in a puddle of sticky soda as I was trying to leave. Much better Subway down the street in Oakley.

I’ve always had great sandwiches from here before. They do get a bit sparse when it comes to putting certain ingredients on the sandwich. I never have enough olives or banana peppers. The customer service is a little hinky. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s embarrassingly slow.

My husband recently went to this Subway, and ended up walking out. He said it was pretty busy and there was only one girl working, who he could hardly understand. He started his order with my sandwich, which I didn’t want mayo or mustard on. She put the mayo on AS she asked him if he wanted it or not, and he told her he didn’t want it on there, so she started scraping it off(it was all over the meat and bread). My husband said, no, my wife won’t eat it if there’s any mayo on there(I HATEMAYO!!) and so she removed the meat and cheese and tried to use the same bread. He told her, again, since the mayo got on the bread, I wouldn’t like it, so she took the bread, put it BACKINTHEOVEN, and got out another piece. Um, okay, EW! How many breads do they re-use like that? My husband walked out. And this was all after she told him that he should have called ahead with such a large order. He was ordering three sandwiches! So, FYI, he went to the Subway on Balfour and told the guy there about it, and he told my hubby that that same girl was supposed to work at the Balfour store the next day. So she rotates around, BEWARE!

My Fiancé and I use to love coming to this Subway. We never had any problems there and would always get lunch from here at least 3 times a month. One night we were craving Subway and came here for dinner. We went around 6pm. When we got to the door the place looked closed chairs were already put away and the entire floor was wet. There was a lady who was mopping the floors and just left the mop in the middle of the restaurant and went to the back to make our sandwich… she didn’t even wash her hands. So i tell her what I wanted. She started to ask me questions but didn’t bother using complete sentences… She just yelled«Toasted?» and i had no idea what and why she talking to me like that. Another person came in behind us. she got our sandwich done and wrapped up. she didn’t bother cashing us out. she told us to hold on and rushed to make a sandwich for the man that was behind us. once she was done with his she finally rang us up. my fiancé has a point card from subway so he wanted to check how many points we had. We had more than enough for a sandwich and other items she didn’t bother offering to us and then SHETHREWTHECARDATUS ! i was so shocked on how she just disrespected us. The man behind her even told her there was no reason for her to be rude and rush when we were the only ones in there. We had to planed to eat inside but it seemed like she was planning on closing by the way there was no chairs and she was cleaning. I don’t have a problem with her cleaning up but… they don’t close till 9pm and it seemed like she didn’t want anyone to sit down and eat there for the rest of the night. So me and my fiancé ate in our car which was parked right outside facing the window into subway. We then saw two boys that came out from the back after we left that looked nothing like they worked there and began picking at the cookies with their bare hands… I wonder what else they were picking at before we got there… This has been the far worst experience I’ve had ever when eating out. I had no choice but to call the corporate office and file a complain. no one should ever have to go through something like this especially when you are paying to go out and eat.
