I had to send my laser printer to these guys to get it fixed because no one in my town worked on them under the warranty. I paid shipping both ways which cost me about $ 80. They fixed the problem I had but then created a new problem which they won’t admit to. They told me to ship it back to them and they would repair it but charge me because my printer is now out of warranty.
And to think their website says «#1 in Customer Satisfaction» and it is the last thing they want to provide me. This is the last time I use these guys.
