History

Established in 2007.

Our family has been involved with installing quality stoves and fireplaces into Maine homes since 1982. Our staff is very experienced and loves the idea of you being warm.

Meet the Manager

Jim R.

Manager

Jim came to the hearth industry in 1994. He worked several years in sales and managed a local hearth store. He left retail for a time taking a position as the New England sales representative for Jotul Stoves. Eventually he returned to retail where he could interact directly with customers. Upon his return he spent several years growing his trademark ponytail and honing his traditional Maine story telling abilities. In 2007 Jim teamed up with the other founding members of Evergreen to open our first location. Jim is often over heard discussing a winter camping trip when it was 20 below zero or his first motorcycle ride of the year on February 26^th. Somehow it all makes perfect sense when figuring out what brand of pellets will work best in your stove. How he does this… the world may never know.
