Hollywood Custom Rides

I would strongly recommend staying away from Hollywood Custom Rides. For the Brewer Senior Prom, there were two groups of graduating seniors and their dates that booked two limos a 2 weeks in advance. The website does say to book 30 days in advance, but the manager informed me that they had no bookings for the night of our prom and that we would be all set. After collecting money from all 32 participants, I went to pay Hollywood and they informed us that they had already over booked our limos and that we weren’t able to have any limousine transportation. After promising us we would, giving us prices and information, and writing our names down with times and locations, they still sold the limos they promised us to someone else. They didn’t apologize or even offer us a referral to anywhere else. We ended up using Paradise Custom Coach out of Skowhegan who charged us MUCH less for a much nicer and accommodating party bus. Hollywood Custom Rides is overpriced and unwelcoming at their hard to find location, with a dingy and gross office space, and unfriendly workers. I strongly advocate against them.
