I’ve been going here since I moved to the area a year ago. The last two visits have not been pleasant. I’m convinced the woman who soaks the old gel off is not licensed. She has no idea what she’s doing with the nail file! Both times she took an extremely rough nail file and cut me trying to scuff up the old gel. Talk about a burn when the cotton with acetone was applied with the foil.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning here to get cut up again. They are so concerned with getting people in and out of the chairs that the quality and service is going downhill.

Beware when buying a gift card. I purchased a $ 100 gift card for my wife for her birthday. since she was pregnant at the time she decided to wait until after our daughter was born. She had a difficult pregnancy and in a blink of an eye it was 12 months later when she attempted to schedule a massage, manicure and pedicure. The gift card was 12 months and 2 weeks and they refused to let her use it since it was passed 12 months. I called and tried to reason with them to allow her to use it and the didn’t care about anything other then the fact it was over a year old and it expired. I found this to be very unreasonable and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone since we were ripped off $ 100.

also, their massage tables are much wider than standard massage tables.

This is my favorite nail salon. I travel over 45 mins for my manis and pedis. They are clean, take their time, and do a wonderful job. Their gel manis last longer than any other gel mani I have ever gotten. The Spa Pedi #3 is a treat and the sugar scrub is worth it’s weight in gold.

Had a 1:30 appointment and I was running late. I called and the guy who answered the phone said he would do his best to fit me in. The place was standing room only. Me and my friend were able to get a chair very fast. The place was neat and the people who work there are very pleasant. My nail technician was so personable. I will definitely be back! Price was good too.

Horrible experience! They are just shuttling people through and have lost any personal touch they once had. They give half price coupons to their favorite customers because clearly my spending $ 75 did not earn me a coupon. Even after I mentioned I was cut during my pedicure, they did nothing. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone ever again.

I’m amaze at this place, you walk in and they greet you with a smile. Rebecca took care of me she did my wax and pedi and she was awesome. Definitely will be coming back here again, service was good, friendly staffs, and complementary massage :).

If you want a good pedicure and spa treatment try this place. They do a great job. I usually get spa package 2 which includes a vitamin D milk bath, A foot and leg scrub, callus treatment, a softening herb mud mask, a leg and foot massage with essential oils, a paraffin wrap, and a pedicure! All for just $ 50.00. The treatment lasts for an hour, sometimes more. The spa chair has massage features and is very relaxing. To top it all off you get a complimentary massage while your nails dry! A great way to end a long week.

I really like Coco, it’s clean, the staff is attentive, but the prices are extortionate. A pedicure that would be 30 – 35 anywhere else is 50 – 55. They are very clean, which is why many are willing to pay the price, but for me, it’s just too expensive for what it is. Definitely somewhere to go when you want to be pampered and not just get a quick mani or pedi.

Amazing service, professional staff, relaxing ambiance. Pricey but great to treat yourself every once in a while!
I had a pedicure, color gel manicure and eyebrow wax and the staff is very attentive and detailed. The salon/​spa is clean and new, also had a large variety of name brand color gels with matching toe polish which made me happy :)

Just got my eyebrows waxed here yesterday. They did the best job at a regular price of 10. I went to a place in danbury that was also a spa and they charged 15 and did not do half as good of a job.
I really like this place. Very very nice. Clean. Not pushy at all. Thank you again!

Love Coco’s! Friendly staff, a little more pricey than the other salons in Brewster but you get what you pay for here. Great place!
