I had a well water pressure problem and called another company, they suggested to replace my entire system. I didn’t feel comfortable with it(They seemed pretty green) and wanted a second opinion. I called P. F. Beal & Sons(who the last owner used) and I’m glad I did. John and David were professional, diligent, experienced and informative even when it was pouring out. They knew exactly what they were doing and I was quite pleased with the outcome. Saved me A LOT of time and money. So pleased, thank you John and David… Oh and P.F. Beal & Sons.

Called to get an estimate for some work that I wanted to have done, asked a few questions, the guy on the phone got pretty nasty for no reason, so I didn’t bother calling back. Plenty of good water systems companies across the border in CT that are also licensed in NY.

This company is terrible! We have called them for a few problems and it’s always a hassle. First time there was water leaking out of our well on to an electrical panel and we called their«emergency» number and never heard back from them. Second time we called for servicing of our system and they set an appointment for two weeks after we called(that stinks to begin with) for a Tuesday between 7 am and 5 pm. And they refused to narrow down the time. When the day finally came the were a no show. When we called to find out why they said they got an «emergency call» they had to attend to. STAYAWAY!!!
