Established in 1996.

Founder:

After a prestigious career in the retail industry, Sue Bicksler Taub founded Holbrook Cottage in 1996 in the charming town of Briarcliff Manor in the Hudson Valley. She loved to cook and entertain. Great food was always a priority in her home. She wanted to make the great food she loved available in gift baskets. Thus, Holbrook Cottage’s e-​commerce business was launched in 2008.
