I love this place! Great pasta, and I think I may have ordered pizza once. The pasta is just phenomenal. Get chicken parm if you’re here. Also, they deliver

Food is excellent. Offers a variety of Italian dishes that are not always found in other restaurant. Waiter service is great. One of the waiters is really handsome. I recommend this restaurant to any family in the area.

Seriously, 4.5* on google! Everything lacked flavor, bland & overcooked cheap gluten free pasta, which they have audacity to charge $ 3 extra! Totally forgot my wife’s salad & mentioned to waiter when he brought our lack luster pasta. So, we order side of sautéed spinach that comes after we eat our pasta. What a waste of $ 50!

Be careful, they will overcharge your credit card without any notice. Remember to check your credit card transaction history if you have used your card at this restaurant

Great Italian Restaurant! The food here is fabulous! The veal is paperthin, tender and cooked to perfection. I’ve had it a number of different ways — the traditional veal parm, francese, and in the brown sauce — all are excellent. You can take out food — the pizza is wonderful and they have a number of different varieties — or you can sit and be served. The wait staff is wonderful. You almost feel as though you are at a friend’s house for dinner. This is a definite place to eat when you need an Italian fix!

This relatively small local italian restaurant is cozy and delicious. Nice bread with olive oil to start and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are just OK for a place is only a step and ½ better than a pizza parlor. I would go a lot more if they priced closer to the actual experience.

I have eaten there for many years and continue to go there for good Italian food. Everything is fresh and tasty. I like the pizzas, the salads and the daily specials are usually all great. We have had them cater a few birthday parties we have done at the house and they have been very good about sending alot of food, sending it at the right temperature and checking in to make sure things are as we expected. While it is nicer than most pizza/Italian spots, it is casual enough for kids.

This place is ok. It’s not the best option for Italian restaurants. The pizza is ok. The service quite slow. There is nothing special about their dishes or their pizza. Euro Pizza still wins over this place. I would choose this place over Dom and Vinnies anyday.

Found this place after visiting local college. The food and service were very good. Between the 3 of us we had salad, chicken parm, penne with chicken and shrimp scampi. Brought home leftovers so portion sizes are nice. Highly recommend.

I’m a regular customer. Food is very good, a notch above most neighborhood Italian or pizza places. Interior is also nicer than most. Had a terrible experience with delivery though. They told me 40 minutes and it took an hour and a half because they weren’t up front in telling me their delivery person wasn’t in. I had 6 people starving and after multiple phone calls the food finally arrived. One pizzette was the wrong one and they put onions in my salad which I asked them to leave out. And after everything the owner did nothing to compensate for my aggravation. I was stunned. May go back due to good food but will think twice.

Overpriced, ordinary food and consistently rude service. A poor pizzaria with pretensions of being a restaurant — the kind of place that hassles someone ordering slices even when all the tables are empty. Got a big argument from the owners when they got our takeout order wrong and then wanted us to pay extra for it! I know at least a dozen families in town that are never going back in there because of a similar problem.

A very nice, quaint little place in the town of Briarcliff Manor. Delicious food, very large portions(which counts for a lot in my book), and the people there are very nice and courteous. I’ll definitely go back again.

We were painting our new house and looked pretty terrible when we decided to walk into town and get food. The waitress/hostess was so sweet didn’t even give us a second look bc we were the most casual ppl in the place. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. We drank wine and ate delicious pasta. This is our go to place for Italian food now.

I stopped here out of desperation for the first time to get something to eat — just a slice of pizza to go. Waited five minutes for someone to even notice I was there, with no line. Then another couple of minutes before the person was ready to put my slice up to warm; I felt pretty invisible as I played second fiddle to the phone and other orders. Owner came out and stuck my slice in, and when I said it was my first and last time at the restaurant, he kicked me out without the food. Unforgivable lack of customer service with no apologies. Had there been a bit of give in his attitude, he would’ve had a return customer, as I come along that route a lot.

I’ve only ordered take-out or delivery from this restaurant. I recall that when I went to pick up my food staff was very friendly. I ordered a gluten free pasta dish and I was very happy with it. I believe they also offer whole wheat and gluten-free pizzas. I gave them an extra star just for those dining options. I’ve not tried the risotto but i’m intrigued as most pizza places don’t offer risotto dishes. Solid pizza place.

Paese has some really great italian food. Whenever I’m home at my parents house I love coming here, especially for the penne vodka. Its delicious! I’ve never had a bad dish here. I’d also recommend the farfalle felice, pollo romano, and risotto calabria. The only reason I rated Paese as 4 instead of 5 stars is because its a bit pricey and I wish that they would have a side salad option for a small surcharge since the salads are very pricey(but also very delicious).

This place is amazing. Having lived in Chicago since 2002, every time I come back home this is always one of the first places I go to get my NY pizza fix. The pizza(most importantly) is up there with the best I’ve had, and the salads are great as well. I wish I could bring this place back to the land of terrible deep dish… Oh and the owner, Anthony, is tremendously nice guy and always makes the experience all the better.

Quiet, unassuming, unpretentious, but quite good. Maybe my review is biased because I came with someone who knows everyone there and was welcomed as family when we came in. Maybe… but then again, their risotto was so good that I am sure they have been working on it for a long time. Everything is fresh, and if you have a hankering for something that you just don’t see on the menu, but you see the pieces of it — just ask. It just feels comfortable, and with solid food to match.

Very nice, very nice … I went once long ago, and had pasta, which i remember being excellent. Word has it their pizza is tops, to which i cannot attest. But on this most recent visit I tried a really good salad(Toscano) with chicken. It was supposed to come with goat cheese, but they were out, so they offered to substitute any other cheese, so I opted for fresh mozzarella and it was perfect. Service was pleasant, and the place wasn’t too packed during the lunchtime rush.

First of all it is not a pizza place, it is an informal and very decent Italian restaurant. Secondly they do deliver. Food is always fresh and cooked to order, and Tony and/or Manny are there to help and answer questions. We eat in or take out. Not gourmet, but consistant good food.
