The tile and stone selection is beautiful and plentiful. We were extremely fortunate to have Nancy as our designer! With her exquisite taste and creative eye she choose the perfect materials for 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Nancy gave us so many options that we would never have imagined. She was always timely in her appointments and calls. Every order placed was delivered accurately and promptly. Nancy and Terra Tile are the only place to go!

My contractor has a relationship with Terra Tile and suggested I make the trip up. I had two bathrooms to renovate and I didn’t have a clue about my color scheme. Nancy approached me and we met several times. She had ideas that I never would have come up with. She has an amazing eye for color and our bathrooms look fantastic thanks to her. She was a pleasure to work with and got back to me in a timely manner whenever I called. She was super organized and always had all my paperwork handy. She has a real talent and is a really great person to work with!

Nancy from Terratile is wonderful. I have been SO pleased with both the products from Terratile and the customer service. Nancy has been so helpful in choosing the tile and with arranging delivery. I can not thank her enough for all of her help. I highly recommend Terratile.

Terra Tile has a beautiful showroom. I was overwhelmed when I first walked in with the huge selection of tiles. I was greeted by Nancy who was helpful and directed me right away to the perfect Backsplash choices after I showed her the Granite that I had installed for my countertops. She had a sense of color and design that worked perfectly! I could not of done this without the help that I received at Terra Tile. I love my backsplash!

We recently renovated a kitchen and living area and had no idea where to start. We were greeted by Yasmin who took great care in designing a plan that fit our needs and was within our budget. She made many recommendations that we wouldn’t have thought of and held our hand through the entire project from start to finish. We had some hiccups with tiles being damaged during deliver but our concerns were quickly addressed and new tile shipped immediately. Not an easy task especially when you are rushing to complete before the holidays!
A special shout out to the granite crew who helped us with the installation and accommodated some awkward cuts that had to be made.
As you know renovations are stressful but in this case we wouldn’t have made it through without our designer/​salesperson Yasmin! We highly recommend her expertise.

It’s been a year now that Terra Tile installed a granite overlay on my fireplace back in mid March 2014. Immediately, I noticed that the mantle top piece looked tilted to the right. Yasmin/​Salesrep told me Amadio/​Fabrication Manager would contact me after he got back from surgery but he never did and I had to constantly notify her. Finally, he calls me in early June that he would come by that afternoon. At my house, he said he could grind down the right side but not left side as it curved inward. A new top would have to be fabricated which he was not willing to do. He told me he would have his crew come back in 2 weeks. He never comes back.
Yasmin made multiple mistakes including selling me the wrong grout (should have been all stain-​free), the wrong sized edging (¾″ instead of ½″), providing the wrong estimate on my granite overlay ($ 2K instead of $ 3K). There was no going back on the fireplace as I already had the carpenter do all the prep work. In Oct ’14, she ignored my emails when I confronted her about the wrong grout. Instead, she hides behind Kevin Brown, the Showroom Manager, by forwarding my 2^nd email to him who also ignores my email.
Finally, in December ’14, after 2 months of getting no response, I called and had a quick phone conversation with the owner, Manuel Gausch. He would talk to Yasmin and Amadio and get back to me. He calls me the next day and offered to take back my unused glass tiles from my bathroom renovation project and have someone come back to grind down the right side of the mantle piece but would NOT fabricate a new granite mantle top. To add further insult, he wants me to contact Amadio to have my mantle top fixed, the very same disorganized person who has been delinquent for the past 9 months. Our conversation was cut short so I sent Manuel a follow-​up email detailing Yasmin’s errors and Amadio’s lackadaisical attitude along with photos of my granite mantle asking him if he would be happy as customer with a curved mantle top. I never heard back which says a lot. Also, in my couple of interactions with Amadio, I found his demeanor to be very arrogant. Amadio probably knows he can get away with things so acts accordingly.
Since Terra Tile does not want to accept responsibility or act with integrity, I want to warn others. Don’t be fooled by «…our reputation is everything… customer satisfaction is our goal on very project… we will always do all we can do ensure your complete satisfaction…» or «state-​of-​the-​art CNC technology» will make proper cuts. It’s just marketing rhetoric. How is ignoring a customer considered acceptable? Yasmin, Kevin, Amadio and Manuel should be ashamed of themselves. I am very disgusted especially with Yasmin and Kevin whom I thought I had a good rapport. People make mistakes but they think ignoring me will make me go away? A lot can be revealed about a person or company in how they handle mistakes and problems when they arise.
An apology would be insincere at this point as all involved had ample time and opportunities to do so. I want others to avoid my experience with Yasmin, Amadio and Terra Tile so hopefully, they won’t get stuck with an expensive tilted granite mantle or countertop which will make their fireplace or kitchen look stupid. I spent ~ $ 12k on tiles and other materials so I’m glad I did not waste an extra $ 8K on a carrara marble countertop with Terra Tile. Otherwise, I would have an uneven gaps between the countertop edges and my Gaggenau refrigerator and Bluestar range.
Terra Tile’s owners and employees fail to remember a basic saying in business:

An unhappy customer tells the WORLD!
And I am PISSED!

Worked with them on the renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms. Selected Typhoon Bordeaux for the kitchen and everyone loves it especially with the ogi edge. Ming green marble counter top in master bath looks so rich because as per their suggestion I added an extra ¾ inch as a frame. I appreciated how Sandy keep me fully informed about my order and tracked down a hard to locate glass tile. Carlos and Amandio at the warehouse kept their promise to get my contractor the order on time. My husband and I appreciated their guidance in selecting the actual slabs to best optimize the grains in the stone. Worth every penny, I love these counter tops!

Had a great experience, called the store and it was suggested I make an appointment which I did. The service was spectacular and I never felt rushed or pressured. Would recommend a visit, quality, unique inventory.

I have to agree with the other review. We wandered the showroom today and not one person said hello, we will be right with you, sorry for the delay, can I answer any questions… nothing.
So, we ended up taking down the information, found the tile on line and will order it through another dealer.
There should at least be someone to greet you and answer simple questions.

If you can find someplace else to order your tile, I would. The customer service here is horrific. I was in their showroom for 45 minutes one day and not one sales rep asked if I needed any help. I wanted to place an order and couldn’t even do that when I was ready. I found tile I liked (on my own), took the name, and was forced to order through another company. There wasn’t another customer in the showroom that day so it wasn’t as if they were busy. I’ve never seen such rude people in my life.
