Brian F. O’Malley has been a sole practitioner in Ocean, Monmouth, Burlington and Atlantic Counties since 1991. The office has handled a wide variety of criminal matters in the Superior Court and Municipal Court, including successful defense of charges for drug possession, drug distribution, possession of drugs with intent to distribute, various sex offenses, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses. In the family court, the firm has successfully litigated custody disputes (for both mothers and fathers), child removal cases, and alimony and child support matters. The firm also has extensive experience in adoptions. The Law Office of Brian F. Mr. O’Malley is a lifetime resident of New Jersey. He was born in Jersey City, and moved to Ocean County at age 12. He has made his home in Ocean County ever since. He resides in Brick, N.J. with his wife and children. Such time as he has that is not spent working or taking care of family matters is spent in service to the community, particularly in the area of youth athletics.
