Firestone Tire & Service Centers

Service wasn’t all that bad and the price was MUCH lower (about $ 400 lower) than other places in brick for 4 low profile tires. I’d go back. took about 3 hours and purchasing tires gives you free rotations at any location, nice perk I think.

This firestone offers the absolute worst service in the Bricktown area. I went there twice, once for basic service and once to purchase four new tires. Each time they had me waiting in excess of the time they told me. When I went in there to buy tires, they told me it would only be an hour until my car was done, it ended up taking nearly 3. It took 45 minutes to get my car in the garage (admittedly, it was fairly busy), it took 10 minutes for the tech to get the tires off (not bad), and it took an hour for the tech to disappear. When I asked about it, I found out that the guy working on my car decided to take a lunch break, and the manager told me that my car would be done «in a few minutes.» That few minutes was nearly an hour, and when they were done they had the audacity to tell me that my alignment was off, and they would charge me another 95 dollars to fix it (an alignment problem that I never had when I went in). Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible management. I will be going elsewhere for my car service from now on.
