We bought a floor model sectional a year ago. The fabric started failing in a few spots, we didn’t think it would be covered under warranty being a floor model but Lay-Z-Boy sent out a tech who ordered all kinds of replacement parts. He returned in a few weeks to fix everything. One piece could not be fixed and we were given the option of new furniture or live with it. We got a 2500 store credit, picked out new furniture and they delivered it for free, set it up and hauled the old set away. We could not be happier with this company and store. Excellent customer service and they stand behind their products.

On September 28 my 86 year old parents bought a $ 900. recliner from LazyBoy. This was a big expenditure for them. The mechanism of the recliner was so noisy and«Banged IN» that it would wake up my mother in the next room. They hoped it would get better. A few weeks later they contacted Lazyboy. They sent a rep who advised them that the mechanism was supposed to make that noise. All they wanted to do is exchange it for an electric one. They were told they signed a contract that they had 3 days to return or exchange and basically screw them. If this is how Lazyboy treats their senior citizens then beware. DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHEM.
