These people are such a rip off and the mechanics don’t know what they are doing. They don’t know how to find the real problem so they break things and say that was the problem when it wasn’t. I brought my car in there because it shook a little. They told me I had broken motor mounts. Well I had just bought the car weeks prior and had it checked out by a mechanic before I bought the car. He told me there was nothing wrong with the car and that it drove nicely and that I was getting a good deal.
My car is shaking so bad now since they replaced the motor mounts. It is like a tank. When I brought the car back to them they really didn’t know what was going on and told me that the shaking was not that bad. My car is not suppose to be shaking so bad that everyone that gets in my car says to me, why is your car shaking so bad?
They gave me the mounts and said here is your broken pieces. I truly think they broke the pieces or gave me pieces off someone else’s car so they could say something was wrong.
I also brought my previous car to them to fix fan on the car that controls the air conditioner. It worked 2 months and then didn’t work any more. I truly think the mechanics there don’t know what they are doing.
