Echo i is a full service computer repair company. We are well equipped to handle any problem you may have, Blue screen, Virus removal and recovery, internet and network connectivity issues, software and hardware issues, we can solve it all. We also have some of the most comprehensive data recovery resources around. We offer home networking and security services including configuring rock solid wireless security, file and media servers, SOHO networks, network storage (NAS), and pre-​configured plug and play WIFI routers.

We also offer systems integration services. System integration means that we get all the devices in your home on the same page. Tablet computers or your smart phone can become a remote for your TV or access files on your network, Share media (photos, music, movies) across all your devices etc. We can help you use all your technology to its full potential. In addition to all this we design and build custom and specific use computers at very reasonable prices.

History

Established in 2011.

Echo i was started in because we saw a need for a truly customer service oriented company in this field with a focus on providing cost effective solutions for our customers. Technology changes so fast that it can become hard for companies to keep up so we made it our mission to understand the future before it hits the streets. A perfect example can be seen in our vision while designing workstation computers for one of our clients. We recommended a strong dual core processor and a large amount of RAM. When asked why we didn’t spec the newest i5 or i7 we pointed to the fact that with the rise of web based and cloud services the company used, the CPU of a computer would not be doing the hard work, it would be the servers running the cloud applications. The less expensive but very capable Dual core CPU saved the company$ 150.00 per workstation. The computer was a hit.
