Goodwill of Western & Northern Connecticut mission is to enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals by helping them to reach their full potential through education, skills training and the power of work.
Goodwill meets the needs of all job seekers, including programs and services that assist people with
disabilities, the unemployed, underemployed, the youth and others with specialized needs. Each get the
support services they need to be successful — such as English language training, education, job training
and coaching, resume assistance, just to name a few.
