Gulick Building and Development specializes in the Home Energy Solutions (HES) program, supported by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund, an innovative solution to reducing your home’s energy bill. Gulick Building & Development, a CL&P and United Illuminating Company authorized contractor will perform an energy assessment, make on-​the-​spot improvements, including caulking and sealing of critical air leaks, and, depending on your eligibility, provide exclusive money-​saving rebates on appliances, HVAC systems and insulation. We are also equipped to replace windows and provide insulation services.

Established in 2008.

We were honored to be the only builder in Connecticut and the 87^th builder nation wide to be asked to build a home for ABC Television’s Emmy winning show Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
