James is professional and VERY knowledgeable. He came in after hours to assess and came back the very next day to fix our dryer and fixe the installation error of sears that caused all the issues in the first place. He then proceeded to also assess the washer to make sure we are good with that too. I highly recommend James!

My 1 year old Sears’s washer stopped working and it was no longer under warranty. Sears would charge $ 150 just to walk in the door and I had to wait 4 or 5 days.
Found this mom and pop company and he came the next day and cleaned the filter and replaced a part (he had to make a special trip to the hardware store), the total cost $ 100. He showed me what he was doing and had to take the washer apart to get to the clogged filter.
This guy is honest and reliable. He works on all appliances, washers, dryers and frigs, etc.
I would call him for any appliance repair. He say GE makes the best appliances (of course I have Sears and all Kenmore is made in China now).
